Spacious and sunny appartment in Cholargos

The apartment is well equipped, very clean and well located. The host is responsive and helpful.

Pros: The location is near the metro, shops and restaurants.

Cons: The double mattress was v hard

Comfortable stay

Pros: This a large flat with a retro flair . The door opens to a large and nicely decorated living room. The balcony is huge and comfortable. It’s on a higher floor with a security entrance door. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe . I would visit again !

Cons: Neither of the bedrooms has aircondition. I visited during tge hot summer days and could not use the bedrooms . However spending my time in the flat primarily in the living room sufficed for my needs. The living room has a strong and large air condition . The landlord recommended to have the living room door open to cool down the rest of the house.

Very enjoyable.

Pros: The location is perfect. It is near to the metro stations, supermarkets, and many good restaurants.

Cons: There is an air conditioner in the living room. it would have been perfect if there are air conditions in the two bedrooms too.

Pros: The location is great, the house is large, clean and fully equipped. The owner is warm and thoughtful, and all questions are answered quickly and clearly. I will stay in this apartment again next time I come to Greece! 地理位置很棒，房屋面积大，整洁且屋内用具齐全，房主热情周到，各类问题都回答得快速和清楚，下次来希腊还会再住这个公寓！

Pros: Spazioso appartamento, al quarto piano con ascensore, in comoda posizione vicino ad una fermata metro, molto accogliente e confortevole, arredato in maniera signorile (pianoforte compreso), con tutti gli elettrodomestici di cui si ha bisogno. Terrazzi per tutto l'appartamento, con tavoli esterni e tende da sole. Nonostante si trovi vicino ad una arteria molto trafficata, la zona è silenziosa e tranquilla, con negozi e supermercati nelle vicinanze. L'host è stata sempre disponibile, simpatica e generosa, e anche i vicini ci hanno aiutato (uno di loro parla bene l'italiano). Veramente un luogo da tenersi caro ad Atene! Grazie di tutto!

Cons: Unico neo (ma non è colpa dell'host) se si ha l'auto: una certa difficoltà a trovare il parcheggio; ma se si è pazienti, soprattutto nelle ore serali, si trova tranquillamente.

Pros: Η ιδιοκτήτρια Ιωάννα ήταν ευγενέστατη και εξυπηρετική. Η καθαριότητα του διαμερίσματος μας ενθουσίασε πάρα πολύ καθώς και ο εξοπλισμός του σπιτιού. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με πολλά μαγαζιά και κοντά σε στάση μετρό.

Pros: Η διαμονή μας ήταν υπέροχη. Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα, άριστα εξοπλισμένο και η οικοδέσποινα πολύ εξυπηρετική. Σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Pros: Sehr große Wohnung mit viel Platz und tollem Balkon

Cons: Leider nur eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern wären eine Verbesserung.

Άνετο διαμέρισμα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, κοντά σε όλα, εξαιρετική επιλογή.

Pros: Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό, με ωραίες βεράντες. Πολύ κοντά σε μετρό, καταστήματα, σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια. Πολύ ευγενική οικοδεσπότης. Περάσαμε τέλεια!

Cons: Όλα ήταν μια χαρά.

Pros: Dies ist eine schöne Wohnung mit einer Kombination aus klassischen und modernen Einrichtungen. Die Möbel und dekoration sind exquisit. In einem der Schlafzimmer steht sogar ein gutes Klavier. Küche ist hell und mit kompletter küchenausststtung ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß genug, damit Kinder spielen können. Das Badezimmer ist auch sehr schön. Die Besitzerin ist großzügig und freundlich.

Cons: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer ( im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine), mit Ventilator noch hitzegefühl beim Schlafen in der Nacht. Aber in anderen Jahreszeit gibt es kein Problem.
