A nice week in Athens
Pros: The apartment was well-equipped for our 5-night stay, with more than enough supplies for a simple but good breakfast (including bowls, plates and cutlery). Plenty of fruit. The neighborhood is mostly clean, as was the building itself, with several good restaurants within 5-minute walking distance. The metro station was 10 minutes away and got us to the center very quickly. The room had electric blinds covering the windows, which kept the room very dark at night. The room was clean and was cleaned on our third day. The queen-sized bed was comfortable, and the bedroom had its own heating, which was appreciated on the colder winter days. The owners responded quickly to my questions. Overall, we would stay here again should we return to Athens in the future.
Cons: The apartment is listed as cozy and for good reason: especially the bathroom was very small. As a taller person I had some trouble maneuvering around. The shower pressure was strong, but the warm water ran out on several occasions, sometimes within a few minutes. I’m sure this is less of an issue in warmer months. The main living area was large enough. During our entire stay, our upstairs neighbors were particularly loud at night (between midnight and 2 in the morning). The sounds of (heavy) footsteps could easily be heard in the bedroom, as were the sounds of parents shouting at their children. We didn’t have any problems with noise during the day.

Brand new apartment, super clean and very close to metro station! I would definitely stay again!
Pros: Brand new apartment, super clean, with all the amenities and only a 7 minutes walk from metro station.

Very convenient for visiting family nearby.
Pros: Clean, modern, safe. Comfortable bed. Cutlery, saucepans etc provided. Very good fridge freezer. Very good heating. Staff excellent.
Cons: Some basic things that might have been supplied to help travellers were not there to the extent I’d have preferred - too few coat hangers, no olive oil or vinegar, salt or pepper, kitchen scissors, kitchen hand towels (a dish drying towel was provided), no coffee cafetière (Nespresso and a briki were provided but not everyone makes coffee as Nestlé want, or in the Greek way).

Perfect place for a family visiting Athens
Pros: Very nice, clean and spacious apartment in a quiet and safe neighborhood, though it is a short walk to the metro station. Great location if one is coming with a car, as there is an undergound parking, and the location is also in a convenience approach to the airport (our car dropoff place). The apartment is well equipped with everything. Breakfest is continental, as mentioned. It was fine and was enough for us. The host was very kind and helpful.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect :)

Pros: We needed a night near the airport, we came by car, easy to get, very good communication to get in, very clean and a m a z i n g shower. Most important- i forgot my earphones and they wrote it to me and keep it!! Can trust them

Pros: The apartment was nice and clean. The host has been kind and fast replying to any question. The welcome drinks were kindly appreciated. The location was comfortable to enjoy one night in Athens, right outside the city center traffic.

A great alternative to staying in tourist areas
Pros: Nice neighbourhood, quiet, felt safe. Small apartment in a very nice building, felt recently renovated. Nice shaded terrace overlooking the greenery of the property. Coffee machine, fridge, confortable bed, all you need for a short stay. Easy access, clear instructions to get in. And a secure indoor parking space (a little tight, European style). There's a great convenient place for coffee and delicious pastries/bakery (Martini) right next to Ethniki Amyna metro station. Clear communication with the friendly hostess, ευχαριστούμε!
Cons: We did not mind and knew this ahead, but it's a 15 minute walk to Ethiniki Amyna station. No close by restaurants, but there's a mini market nearby. Also the apartment's bathroom is quite compact space wise, but very clean and efficient.
