Luxury Penthouse with Private Roof Swimming Pool

Wonderful 4 Day Family Mini Break!

Pros: Stunning apartment with beautiful views. Immaculately clean. Well furnished with everything and more we needed. Safe and quiet location. Well located for local shops and attractions. Felt very safe and well cared for as a solo parent with 2 small children. Xenia, Svetlana, and Dimitris couldn't have done more for us - so welcoming, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble.

Fabulous, stylish home in the perfect location.

Pros: This is an exceptional property. Beautifully styled and in a fantastic area. Views are amazing and having a roof garden with a small pool is the icing on the top. There are 2 generous double bedrooms with private bathrooms so ideally for couples travelling together. Loved the balcony off the living/dining area - great for a relaxed outdoor breakfast. Easy to walk to small supermarkets and there was a lovely outdoor food market 5 minutes away on a Tuesday morning. We walked to many places of interest and also took taxi to those further away - taxi travel is very good value. Loved this house.

Delightful

Pros: Xenia the host and Svetlana are simply wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them and they couldn't have been more accommodating. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and spotless. It really gave us best of both worlds being in a busy city but also having our own pool especially in 30 degree heat ! Would highly recommend staying here, saying that it would not suit anyone with mobility issues as lots of uneven pavements, hills and roads around- but if you are fine with walking then it certainly helps walking off the many pastries eaten from the lovely bakeries.

Perfection

Pros: It was perfection. Xenia has thought of everything. She was a wonderful hostess together with her assistant Svetlena. They were so attentive, we had 5 star treatment the whole time. The penthouse was fabulous, beautifully decorated and very luxurious. The fridge was stocked up with milk, juice and drinks and there was also some Greek bread and honey. The pool and roof top really had the wow factor. It made our trip and we thank you both. Location was good, 15 minutes in taxi to Acropolis and both were on call to arrange a taxi. Xenia also arranged our taxi to the airport which was first class. A big shout out to Dimitri. 💖

Stunning apartment, stunning views and a wonderful stay!

Pros: The property is perched up quite high with stunning views across Athens. There are a few local shops nearby and a taxi is only about €7 into the centre. It’s a beautiful apartment with comfortable rooms and a wonderful pool on the roof. The air con is great and all the essentials such as coffee and dishwasher tablets are provided. Xenia is a fantastic host who provided all the information we needed and is super friendly. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.

Beautiful place in Athens.

Pros: Amazing place to stay. Beautifully designed and cared for. We felt like home. Xenia and Svetlana were both very helpful, checking on us regularly. We loved the pool, beds very very comfortable, everything was very clean, private elevator was super cool. Thank you Xenia for letting us stay in your place. If we come back to Athens, we will for sure book again.

Cons: Nothing at all

Pros: The property has some stunning and quirky features. Old charm. The views from the roof top are incredible, and you can see much of athens from it's view points. It's about a 10 minute journey in a cab to anywhere of distinction, but that was fine as it's quiet and not far from all the lively areas. Xenia and her staff are amazing hosts and couldn't be more accommodating. Would stay again.

Looked after and treated like friends not guests, loved the apartment, the city, the people…… we will go again.

Pros: Great location, close to city centre, beautifully furnished, the rooftop pool a godsend in 33-40c heat!

Pros: I loved the accessibility of the apartment, I loved the service from Svetlana, Svetlana was so charming and nice, she knew how to explain everything about the apartment and Athens. Everything is clean, the pool is perfect, the apartment is beautiful, the apartment is close to everything, the staff constantly asks if everything is okay. In short, everything is perfect! Highly recommend the apartment and the staff❤️‍🔥😇🇮🇱
