Athens Lycabettus Hill Penthouse

Simply perfect! Beautiful home and pool in a great location!

Pros: We were met by both the property owner and manager who showed us around the property and gave us detailed information about how to make the most of our stay. Recommendations on taxi apps, areas of Athens, restaurants and trips were really appreciated. The owner is an extremely interesting man who told us stories and historical facts about Greece, which added to our trip. The home is beautifully and authentically decorated and the pool is sublime. Approx. 7 Euros into the centre of Athens using a taxi.

Cons: Nothing. The owner has thought of everything you may need.

Pros: Amazing location and views over Athens ,unique and beautiful roof garden and pool,spacious balconies and bedrooms. Comfortable mattresses 😊 well equipped kitchen !! highly recommended

A fantastic apartment for our family stay in Athens

Pros: We liked the location, the space for a large family, and the rooftop area. The kitchen is really well equipped and our hosts left us some chilled drinks to use. The hosts were very accommodating when we asked to leave our luggage at checkout time. We loved the privacy, and the different seating areas - there was plenty of space so we didn’t feel crowded.

Cons: The light pollution at night through the communal stairwell makes it difficult for anyone on the bed in the living area. The spiral stairs to the roof area would be improved with a handrail.

Cons: The showers are a little small, and the double room downstairs bathroom, needs a shower screen as the water goes all over the bathroom.

Pros: The rooftop pool was the highlight . It had amazing views over the city. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and well positioned for the underground into the city. Dimitris was very accommodating and helpful concerning transfers and always available to give us advice regarding our stay.

Pros: We had a great 2 night stay at this penthouse apartment, the private rooftop pool was definitely the highlight with amazing views over the town. On arrival we were met by Dimitris who provided us with a welcome pack of fruit and wine and also assisted in highlighting the main areas of Athens to visit during our stay.

Gorgeous apartment, well located in a quiet area of Athens

Pros: Dimitris, the owner, was present to welcome us and ready to help. The appart is very spacious and the rooftop is simply amazing. It's located in a quiet area of Athens but less than 10 min walk from nearest metro station which is only 2-3 stations away from center city. I fully recommend.

Pros: Located at the base of Lycabettus Hill, we thought it was a great location and cost about €8 using FREENOW to get to Montistraki Square. The rooftop pool and large balconies were amazing. Dimitris had some exceptional artwork and everything was in good taste. He left us wine & fruit on our arrival and later returned with beer for my husband after hearing that was his tipple. Dimitris himself was a very accommodating host and we were extremely grateful for all his advice.

Cons: The stairs to the rooftop felt a bit precarious to us initially but they did get easier. The bed in the ‘romantic’ room was a tad too hard for us and having to hand hold the shower in that bathroom wasn’t ideal.

Pros: Amazing penthouse! The breathtaking view of Athens - the pool- the plant pots. Dimitris is a great host!
