very convenient location, nice neighbourhood, property could be better kept.

Pros: The location was absolutely ideal for our needs: we had medical appointments at hospitals and private practices and they were all either within walking distance, or a basic-rate cab ride away. Right between two metro stations, so if you're carrying luggage get off at Ampelokipi station and it's a 5-7 minute downhill walk to the property. Then when leaving, walk downhill to Megaro Mousikis station, same distance. You can buy everything you need from the shops and supermarket on Mavili square, 3 minute walk. Quiet, residential, safe place to stay, especially if you have kids.

Cons: OK, so the property itself could have been much better kept. I mean, it's an apartment, for crying out loud, so if it were the home of a friend, I would have paid no attention to the shortcomings. But at 65 euro a night, I would expect the shower not to be clogged (this was especially a problem for me, as I have a chronic foot infection and soaking my feet in the overflowing water of a hotel shower is NOT recommended), I would like the little shelf in the shower to be upright, I would like the clock opposite the entrance to actually work, the cutlery to be clean, and other little details that any host will notice if he/she just spends a night in the property. And these are minor issues, which can be fixed cheaply and easily. So, just do it.

Pros: It was good staying there. The apartment is not conspicuous but it's very nice.

Pros: L'appartamento era grande, spazioso, comodo e soprattutto in una posizione centrale.

Cons: La camera presentava alcune pecche per quanto riguarda la pulizia.

Αν δεν υπηρχε το προβλημα με τον καναπε κρεβατι θα εβαζα σε ολα 10. Ομως βαζω 8 λογω αυτης της βλαβη

Pros: Η τοποθεσια ηταν ακριβως πισω απι την Αμερικανικη πρεσβεια. Πολυ κοντα στο μετρο Μεγαρο Μουσικης

Cons: Ενω εγραφε οτι το καταλυμα εχει 1 διπλο κρεβατι και εναν καναπε κρεβατι , ο καναπες ηταν χαλασμενος και με δυσκολια κοιμοταν μολις 1 ατομο.... ετσι αναγκαστηκαμε εμεις που ειμασταν 2 ενηλικες και 2 παιδια να κοιμηθουμε 3 ατομα σε ενα διπλο κρεβατι... καθολου ξεκουσαστο ολο αυτο !!! Παροτι ειχαμε κλεισει για 4 ατομα! και γνωριζαν για τον σπασμενο καναπε γιατι το υπολοιπο κομματι το ειχανε παρατημενο κατω απο εναν καναπε! Απαραδεχτο!

Pros: Перфектно обслужване, удобно място, чист апартамент.

Cons: Малък обем на топлата вода в банята.

Καλή τοποθεσία σπιτιού με ασφάλεια!

Pros: Υπέροχη τοποθεσία! άνετο περιβάλλον τέλεια οργάνωση σπιτιού ασφαλείς!

Cons: Το πάρκινγκ με της κάρτες σταθμεύσεις ανά ώρα.

Recomendable .

Pros: La zona muy buena y linda, alejada un poco del centro turístico, el dpto cómodo, amplio, ordenado, limpio.

Cons: Estaba rota la puerta del bajo mesada al sacar algo se salía y había que volverla a acomodar. Faltaba papel higiénico.
