Pros: This guesthouse was very easy to find with the instructions given by the host, it was very straightforward. We were attending a conference at the megaron athens concert hall and this was perfect for this purpose. The owners left clear instructions and there were plenty of towels, teas and coffees as well as tools for cooking. It is on a main street and very close to the metro system with good food options in walkable distance. It's about 15 minutes walk to Syntagma square. Showers are nice and strong. Bed was comfortable with plenty of storage. The immediate area seemed safe. The owners left a cake for us to eat, which was nice.
Cons: It is right by the main road and several hosptials, as well as below ground level; we don't generally mind the noise but this is something to take into account.

Handy and comfy
Pros: Ideally located on the M3 metro line so handy to come from and go to airport and city centre. Comfortable bed, good shower. The owner was very accessible via WhatsApp and left water, coffee and a nice cake for our convenience.

Everything you need
Pros: Was very close to Metro link, alot of of good food options nearby aswell as attractions within walking distance. The apartment was spacious,clean and had everything you could need. Owner was very sweet, patient and baked a cake also. She also left instructions and recommendations of places to visit.
Cons: There were alot of flies in the bathroom, entry and living room-Can only assume it's due to location and several plants outside-if squeamish about bugs/flies this may be off putting.

Pros: One of the best places I ve ever stayed. The apartment was fully equipped with everything! Accommodations included kitchen, washing machine, any type of kitchen utensil u can imagine (it even had a panini press and toaster!) and a wide variety of plates. The bathroom was spectacular (towels, bathrobes, hair gel, cotton swabs, all types of shampoo, hair dryer etc) and even a sewing kit. There were towels, blankets for different weather and the pillows were really soft. There are also 2 a/c's so each person can decide the perfect temperature for their room. The host was amazing, she provided small treats like jam, cookies and chocolate and she even left us a cake. Very accommodating and very sweet! The neighbourhood was very safe even late at night, the apartment is on a main city street below ground level and it's covered by a garden on the front. The location is accessible by all means of transportation (the metro station was 5 mins away). Definitely 10/10
Cons: Because it's located by a main city street there was a lot of heave traffic sounds even late at night, we all are heavy sleepers so it wasn't a problem but if someone is having trouble with sound I d recommend bringing a pair of good earplugs.

A home away from home
Pros: The flat was very cute, SO well equipped, there was literally everything you could need during your stay down to a first aid or a sewing kit. Eleni was so helpful and even let me check in 2 hours early and the cake she baked was lovely! It really made me feel like I’m home, the location was amazing, very close to the metro station and different grocery shops. I would 100% stay here again if I’m travelling to Athens in the future
Cons: The road by the building was very busy and noisy but it was fine
