Astonishing view

Pros: The apartment is fantastic! The view is incredible, over the city and with The Acropolis lit up at night. The apartment is very spacious, well furnished and great value for money.

Excellent location with a great terrace and view

Pros: A perfect location, off the tourist path, in front of a green area, and a beautiful view of the Lycabettus hill. We were lucky that the temperatures in Athens were more than reasonable, so we could take advantage of the terrace and the view. Multiple grocery shops and restaurants with excellent (!) Greek cuisine. The apartment is quite large, and although it would need a refresh, is comfy and homey. Some kitchen items like coffee, sugar or drinking chocolate for the kids were available, which is nice, other items were missing (kitchen towels) It is true that it is a bit far from the underground, but multiple bus lines run just in the boulevard, so it is very easy to reach all main destinations from there, like museums, the Acropolis, and shopping areas. There is also a taxi station just in front of the house.

Cons: The mattresses of the kids room were quite old and all the springs pushing strongly and uncomfortably. They need to be changed. We swapped with an extra mattress from the living room, which was ok. The bathroom needs a good refresh. Since the terrace is lovely, it could benefit from a a terrace shade and a larger table.

Pros: Great value. Very large apartmant with panoramic City view. Friendly owner.

Cons: Garage is small size. You can park free on the streets behing the house building, but very packed.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gar alles, was man braucht. Tolle Aussicht. Sehr großer Balkon. Kein Parkplatz vor der Tür, dafür aber eine Tiefgarage 3min entfernt. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Aufzug vorhanden. Bushaltestelle 100m entfernt. 25min zur Akropolis.

Cons: Die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Wir hätten sehr gerne den Balkon genutzt, aber wegen des Lärms haben wir auf das Essen auf dem Balkon verzichtet. Zur Zeit ist die Spülmaschine defekt und die Kühlschranktür geht von alleine auf, aber das wird bestimmt bald repariert.

Très beau standing des années 60

Pros: très belle vue sur Athènes, grand balcon, appartement très spacieux, parking sécurisé. Climatisation très éfficace par 48° sur la terrasse ce mois de juillet !

Soggiorno molto soddisfacente

Pros: Ottima posizione.Casa pulita, molto grande e confortevole.Vista dal balcone incantevole. La proprietaria risponde egregiamente alle eventuali esigenze .

Pros: Bel espace, confortable, la propriétaire est disponible et tres sympathique
