Pros: Localization was perfect, the apartment was clean and comfortable.

Pros: The location was ideal as close to venue of concert I was attending Lots of eateries near by and the cafe next door was friendly and quality The host went out of his way to help me get to the property on the day of the strikes and checked in on me which was appreciated as a single traveller

Pros: хозяин все подробно описал(заселение , видео как попасть в квартиру и уточнил все моменты)

Cons: все понравилось. 1 мелочь, которую я бы советовал исправить. на всех дверях в шкафчиках и на кухне поставить или нормальную по 1 петле с плавным закрытием или силикон наклеить на дверцы. очень громко хлопают при закрытии, если не придерживать их рукой. но возможно эта мелочь только для нас была заметна, так как в своей квартире плавное закрытие дверей.

Cons: Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, was den Straßenverkehr angeht. Es war nicht besonders warm (Reisezeit März), im Sommer aber wohl definitiv von Vorteil.

Pros: L'emplacement , point fort du studio. A 10mn de la station de métro Evangelismos . Nous avons tout fait a pied , tous les jours . Place Syntagma a 15 mn max . Tabac , bars restau supérette a proximité . Proche de tout . Clim (par ces fortes chaleurs c'est toujours agréable) Literie confortable Très fonctionnel Fer a repasser

Cons: Attention ! Ceux qui souhaitent dormir au calme . Ce n'est pas le cas . Bruits de voiture klaxon etc . Si on est habitués , alors ok !! Et la machine à laver qui n'essorait pas , dommage mais le propriétaire va résoudre ce problème.

Pros: La localisation est parfaite pour circuler à la marche dans Athènes, à environ 12 minutes d'un métro, plusieurs petits café et marchés à proximité. La taille de l'appartement est idéale pour 2 personnes !
