Great budget apartment for groups in an excellent location

Pros: Excellent location for exploring Athens. Good facilities for a large group, easy to access apartment with door codes - Great communication form the host all the time we were there. Nice breakfast.

Cons: Took a little while to figure out how to get hot water but once sorted if was good.

Perfect for large groups

Pros: Nice apartment suitable for groups. Every room has its own lock and airco and there are 3 showers. The apartment comes with an integrated stereosystem that is preloaded with greek cds to get you in the mood! It is near (within 30m walk) of most of the major sites and the neighbourhood is full of hip and cozy places to grab a drink or a bite. The owner is super relaxed and very friendly and willing to help out.

Cons: Could be a bit cleaner: there were squashed mosquitoes in my room and the sheets, but my room was the only one. The showers never really got warm, we didn't really try since it was summer, but something to keep in mind for winter. Owner does NOT accept creditcard although it said so on Booking.com. Luckily he was very friendly and speaks good English so we figured something out.

Pros: Everything was just right. The owner Nasis was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for him. The information he sent was spot.

Pros: Buona posizione, comoda al centro città, raggiungibile a piedi in 20/25 minuti. Buona colazione a disposizione nel locale sottostante l'appartamento. Host disponibile, gentile e flessibile negli orari di check-in / check-out. Noi eravamo un gruppo di 10 persone e abbiamo trovato l'appartamento comodo e spazioso.

Pros: Rigtig god beliggenhed. Fantastisk sød og hjælpsom vært. Mulighed for god og billig morgenmad. Værten tilbød at servere lokal græsk aftensmad med tilhørende lokale vine. Vi tog imod tilbuddet den ene aften og fik en rigtig god oplevelse

Beveik centre, gražioje vietoje - patogu strategiškai.

Pros: Labai gera vieta strategiškai. Pėstute iki pagrindinių objektų. Malonus šeimininkas, linkęs padėti. Sužinojęs, kad vienos iš mūsų grupės keliauninkių gimimo diena, užsakė pusryčiams ir iškepė Gimtadienio pyragą. Labai skanų.

Cons: W jednym pokoju nie działała klimatyzacja co było uciążliwe ze względu na ogromne upały w trakcie naszego pobytu

Pros: The location is superb, close to old part of the city, just 5 minutes from the first historical site and 10 minutes from the next one. It is really nice location.

Cons: The only negative part is that apartment is surrounded by several bars and restaurants and it is quite noisy during the night. But I assume that is the price that you have to pay if you want to be in the lively center of the city (just a warning to travellers who need quiet room to sleep). In our case, it was not a problem, as we were dead tired from walking around the city.
