ASIMINA apartment

Pros: We are very pleased with our stay in the apartment. The apartment is very clean, spacious, well-functioning air conditioning, very well-equipped kitchen, wonderful terrace, very close to the metro station (6 minutes walk), very safe neighborhood, large store just around the corner (1 minute walk) and, above all, a very nice and helpful owner :) :) :)

Spacious apartment close to the metro

Pros: Very nice spacious appartement at the third floor, well equipped, big balcony. The location is at 7 minutes walk from the metro, from where you can get quickly to historic places and the harbour.

Cons: It was a bit noisy, due to traffic from a nearby road and railway, but with closed doors the noise wasn't that bad.

A practical and value-worthy place for your Athens adventure

Pros: The place was very comfortable and well furnished. It's terrace was huge and awesome for our dinners there. And last but not least - its location. Very close the the city center (1-2 metro stops) but yet, away from the hustle and bustle (relatively) and in a neighborhood where you can feel like a local.

Cons: everything was fine

Modern appartement

Pros: Very nice appartement with modern design and all facilities you need. Location close to gazi and kerameikos metro also great. Nice terrace. Nice bakery and coffee place (miru) quite close. Good communication with and fast help of the owner.

Cons: The appartement is close to a larger road, and depending on your personal attitude, the noise of the road can be experienced as too much. We experienced the road as 'present'.

Pros: This is the most cozy and cleanest apartment I have ever lived in. Apparently the host hast a very good taste of decoration. The location is also convenient, from which we can easily walk to the subway station. I would definitely recommend this wonderful apartment to those who want to have a good rest in Athens!

Excellent impression and memories in Athens

Pros: The cleanliness ,tidiness and the daily life facilities at the property are super ,every thing is highly arranged to guarantee a pleasant comfortable stay , the arrangement of the property is well cared , also the team is highly supportive and cooperative , the location of the property is marvelous 10 minutes walking from Kerameikos metro station,and the district is very nice located close to the heart of Athens but not crowded or noisy in the same time, you can find easily everything you need even for having dinners outside the property, we really enjoyed our stay for one week as a family

Pros: the property is very near to station, very clean and some of the basic necessities were all there. very comfortable and very very spacious, two thumbs up!!!!

Cons: nothing, everything is perfect

5* apartment, stylish, spacious and spotless!

Pros: The apartment was stylish, spacious, comfortable and spotless. There was everything there that one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It has a huge balcony, where we had breakfast with delicious pastries from the bakery across the street. The market on Tuesday had local fresh foods on the doorstep and there’s a supermarket round both corners. Its location was near the metro station which made exploring Athens very easy. It’s a 5* apartment and I would recommend it!!

Cons: Nothing at all, it’s great.

Pros: Brand new, super clean, very comfy apartment on the 3rd floor, with elevator and a big, amazing balcony. It comes with anything you might need, the kitchen is fully equipped so as the bathroom (there is even sunscreen!). The host is always available and very nice and reliable. The position was perfect for us, not exactly in the center-center, but 2 metro stops away (on the airport metro line, which makes the commute very easy).

Cons: There's absolutely nothing to complain!

Perfect apparmtmant for perfect touristic vacation with kids.

Pros: Location was great for sightseeing, only 20-30min on foot from all main attractions. In the appartment there is everything we needed and more. Appartment is quite spacious, perfectly clean. The kitchen is more than equipped, i.e. it has all sorts of apparell and dishes. There are even some groceries that can be used. Bathroom is also excellent, with washing machine (we did not use it but this is practical for longer stays). Fantastic terrace for morning coffee. Wi-fi is perfect. A bottle of wine was waiting for us as a welcome gift :) Grocery store few steps away. Place was pritty quiet and without any disturbances for good night sleep. We loved it, kids loved it. All in all we ware very happy with our selection and our host.

Cons: That we could not stay longer. Also, we ware out most of the time so we could not enjoy the terrace more. :)
