Clean, Modern and Great Value for Money

Pros: Very Clean and Modern. Comfy Bed with all the facilities you need. For example; ironing board, hair dryer, fridge etc. with the apartment being on the 4th floor there is a small lift. Big enough to fit two people in and your cases at most.

Cons: The only issue we had was the Shower. As we didn’t realise you had to pre-heat the water. Don’t know if this was is Greece / Athens thing? … which made it an issue for two people using it after each other. It was a gamble who got a hot or cold shower. However it’s extremely great value for money. If the apartment was any more in price we would have marked this down on the ratings.

Pros: Квартира в целом хорошая, в необычной для меня планировкой, на кухне всё есть, интернет работал.

Cons: Район Афин своеобразный, много заброшенных помещений, но для меня не принципиально было, до метро не далеко, до музея археологии и парка тоже рядом. Ещё одна особенность, через дом школа, так что с открытым окном не получится, будете вставать по звонку и воплям школьников :)

Pros: Apartaments renovats i ben decorats. Habitació comfortable i espaiosa. Vam tenir un overbooking i ens van reubicar en un altre apartament i es van fer carrec del cost de la nit

Cons: Ubicació en un barri deixat, brut i amb molta gent deambulant pel carrer.

Muy bonito, nuevo y cómodo. Nos encanto. !!

Pros: Bastante nuevo, la cama comoda. Moderno nos gustó mucho.

Pros: Расположение хорошее, но до метро идти 10- 12 минут и если вам 60+ то учитывайте.

Ήταν άνετη, βολική και περιείχε ότι περιμέναμε.

Pros: Οι ανέσεις του, η εργονομία και η διακόσμηση του που εκμεταλλεύονται αρμονικά κάθε τετραγωνικό του διαμερισματος. Αυτό που προσδοκουσαμε από τις φωτογραφίες αυτό είδαμε και με τα μάτια μας.

Cons: Η γύρω περιοχή είναι κάπως υποβαθμισμένη και σου δημιουργεί μια αίσθηση ανασφάλειας ειδικά αν επιστρέψεις αργά το βράδυ.

Logement parfait, situation proche de la Garre, quartier modeste, face Novotel et taxis

Pros: Au 4eme etage la luminosité, les matériaux, l’agencement, l’espace, la décoration, le confort du lit et la mise à disposition du canapé lit, l’espace, et avant tout la propreté y compris sur la terrasse. Le roof top aussi avec ce qu’il fait pour faire un peu d’ombre et la très belle vue sur le Parthenon !

Cons: L’étroitesse de la douche, la froideur du hall du rez-de-chaussée.

Pros: Το δωμάτιο πληρούσε όλες τις προδιαγραφές , ήταν πολύ όμορφο κ καθαρό . Ασφαλές ο χώρος . Το συνιστώ !

Cons: Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε .
