A great modern appartment!

Pros: Safe and secure. Balcony was a nice touch and a bit of a sun trap!

Cons: This isn’t a massive issue as we knew where the apartment was situated but it is a bit out of the city centre.

Perfect and satisfying

Pros: I like every aspect of this property. Very pleasant and comfortable with everything included.

Cons: I don’t have any thing bad about this property

Pros: Host was waiting us at the door and showed the property and explained about using for example water heating and so on. Communication with host was quick and informative. Apartment is new and clean, well equipped kitchen with cooking and washing stuff. Water in bathroom is hot, bed is very comfortable. Building is also new and clean. Good view from our window to the mountains, big balcony in living room and even small second balcony in bedroom. Apartment is close to train and metro station and supermarket (10 min of walk, even with suitcases), also bakeries, cafes and shaurma places are around. 20-30 min walking distance to the centre of Athens. From the train station it's possible to get to other cities, like Chalkida or Corinth just in 1 hour. Price of the apartment was more than affordable for that kind of service level.

Unterkunft mit einer Dachterrasse und Ausblick

Pros: Sehr schöne Terasse mit Weitsicht. Küche ist so ausgestattet, das man sich eine Mahlzeit zubereiten kann.

Cons: Die Wohnung könnte ein kleines Makeover brauchen. Kühlschranktür ist verzogen und Getränkehalter fehlt. Eine Grundreinigung mit Reinigung unter Sofa und Bett würde nicht schaden.

Pros: Die Ausstattung generell war super und auch die Wohnung mit Balkon haben wir genossen. Es ist ein bisschen außerhalb des Touri Trubels aber man ist schnell mittendrin.

Cons: Wir fanden die Lage der Wohnung nicht so sicher. Als Alleinreisende würde ich nachts bzw im Dunkeln nicht alleine dort herum laufen.

Pros: Der Balkon ist traumhaft und die Küchenausstattung ist überragend! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber, der Aufenthalt hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen!

Pros: Πολύ ωραίος χώρος, καλές παροχές, άμεση εξυπηρέτηση & επικοινωνία... ειλικρινά πρόκειται για value for money για διαμονή στη συγκεκριμένη περιοχή της Αθήνας. 😀

Pros: L'appartement est très agréable, le balcon ainsi que la terrasse de l'immeuble sont parfait pour passer une belle fin de journée ou un petit déjeuner matinal. La literie était très confortable et les installations moderne.

Cons: La quartier n'est clairement pas le meilleur, bien que l'accès aux stations de métro soit assez simple et rapide.

Όλα εξαιρετικά εκτός απο το μπαλκόνι που συνόρευεμε με ταράτσα εγκατελιμένης οικοδομής!

Pros: το διαμέρισμα ήταν ολοκαίνουργιο και οι παροχές πολύ καλές (καφές, εμφιαλωμένο νερό, internet, καθαριστικά κτλ). Όλα εξαιρετικά !

Cons: δυστυχώς η οικοδομή συνορεύει με ακατοίκητη οικοδομή και αυτό κάνει τα μπαλκόνια επικίνδυνα. Πιθανόν να χρειάζονται πλαϊνά κάγκελα για να μην είναι δυνατό resalto από την διπλανή ταράτσα/μπαλκόνια. Θα μπορούσε επίσης να παρέχει δωρεάν παντόφλες μιας χρήσης.

Pros: Une excellente adresse, à recommander. En ce mois d'avril, le quartier et l'immeuble étaient très tranquilles. L'appartement est moderne, bien équipé, très propre et clair. Il y a même une petite terrasse avec une vue sur une partie de l'Acropole. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et répondent très rapidement. Les transports sont très proches, avec beaucoup de lignes de bus, sans parler du métro à moins de 10 minutes. Magasins d'alimentation dans le quartier.
