Pros: It rarely happens that an apartment turns out to be better than what is presented in the photos and description. First of all, we easily agreed on both the check-in and check-out. The apartment has everything needed for an optimal stay, including an iron and ironing board, laundry detergent capsules, trash bags, cleaning and hygiene products, and we were even welcomed with two bottles of water. The terrace, although small, is more than sufficient. The apartment is exceptionally clean, and the furniture is new. Since we explored a large part of Athens, we concluded that this neighborhood is the best as a base and has an incredible vibe. Across the street there are great bars for going out, supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment, which is more than worth the money. P.S. We’re sorry we didn’t think to take photos — it looks like we’ll have to come back ASAP 🤣

Pros: Antonis has been very helpful since day one... always available to help with anything he can, and he helped me a lot! The area is a little more than 1km from downtown. I choose so I can find parking. In March is easy to find parking...but I am afraid isn't that easy on summertime. I was surprised to see the attentions to details. I definitely recommend the studios.

Pros: The apartment is new and nice, located in a safe area. It has everything you might need for a comfortable home-like stay. The owner is welcoming and helpful, was always in touch. He brought me several new blankets when it got cold outside and helped with a courier. Thank you

Wonderful place to stay in Athens.

Pros: The property was clean and close to grocery/convenience stores in the area. The acropolis was not that far of a walk either.

Cons: We thought the assortment of dishes and cooking utensils was odd. We also couldn’t find a baking sheet for the oven, but this did not affect our thoughts on the stay!

Lindo departamento, bien ubicado. Ideal 2 personas.

Pros: La ubicación fantástica. El anfitrión muy atento y amable, respondía rápido a todas nuestras inquietudes.

Cons: Eramos 3 personas y sentimos que estaba un poco chico, para 2 personas puede funcionar mejor. El colchón de la cama para 2 estaba bastante hundido en el centro y el del sillón-cama era bastante delgado (por eso también pienso que no es muy cómodo para 3 personas).

Pros: L'emplacement de l'appartement était parfait 👌 Nous avons pu visiter Athènes à pieds.

Cons: L'absence de parking. Il est très difficile de se garer.
