We enjoyed the staying and hope to return again if happens to go to Athens

Pros: Easy to check in and out. Spacious and clean apartment with all the facilities you need. Good to know that there are 2 bathrooms (small but functional). Sheets and towels crispy white! Comfortable bad.

Cons: There’s a night club nearby so you can hear the noises in the apartment, but that didn’t bothered us so much. Entertaining in the shower is a little difficult if it happens to be overweight but really not a problem for us.

Pros: Everything was great. The apartment is superbly located in one of Athens most vibrant neighbourhoods with plenty of restaurants and parks around. The apartment is very cozy and tastefully renovated. This will be our go to place for future stays in Athens!

Great stay around 6minutes taxi from the center and 25 min walk through the park to the centre!

Pros: The property was exceptional, comfortable bed and all the amenities needed for a few nights! We really liked the safety shutters and the location (lots of cafes and shops near by).

Cons: We stayed from Saturday - Tuesday and every night there was loud music coming from the bar directly next door! It stops at 1am which was a little annoying but not the end of the world! You can’t really use the balcony either as you get bitten a lot!

Pros: This apartment truly exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, allowing you to enjoy the city with great convenience. The apartment itself is fully renovated with stylish and tasteful decoration, creating a warm yet modern atmosphere. Everything is spotless, fresh, and fully functional – I could easily move in without changing a thing. A wonderful place to stay in Athens, highly recommended!

Pros: Location was great. Appartment was clean and cozy and well equipped. Staff was cordial and very helpful. I definitely recommend and I look towards my next trip to stay again at the same place. In few words 5 ⭐.

Pros: Αν υπήρχε βαθμολογία περισσότερη από 10 θα ήταν πιο δίκαιη για το κατάλυμα Evfranoros cozy!! Δεν έχω ξανα συναντήσει κατάλυμα με τόσα κομφόρ ,όλα επώνυμα, από τον εξοπλισμό της κουζίνας μέχρι τα είδη ατομικης υγιεινής . Τόσες ευκολίες στην κουζίνα, τόσο άνεση στους χώρους, τόση μοντέρνα αισθητική,τόση δροσιά και όλα αυτά σε κεντρικό σημείο της Αθήνας με όλων των ειδών μαγαζιά με πολύ ζωντάνια το βράδυ από νέους που διασκέδαζαν στα μπαράκια. Είχαμε την τύχη λόγω Αυγούστου να έχει πολλά σημεία πάρκινγκ μπροστά στο κατάλυμα. Καφέ, φαγητό και διασκέδαση ακριβώς μπροστά στο κατάλυμα. Η οικοδομή στο σύνολό της είχε πάρα πολύ ησυχία. Αρκετά από τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος της Αθήνας ήταν μπροστά στα πόδια μας. Αν ξανά επισκεφθώ την Αθήνα θα ξανά μείνω στο Evfranoros cozy. Αξίζει την βαθμολογία 10'''.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν ευχάριστη και ο χώρος καθαρός και ήσυχος.

Pros: Τοποθεσία Καθαριότητα Ατμόσφαιρα Ησυχία παρόλο την τοποθεσία Παροχές κ διευκρινίσεις

Cons: Έλειπαν βασικά σημεία στήριξης (πχ για χαρτί υγείας , για πετσέτες κ στο μικρό μπάνιο πάγκος να ακουμπάς έστω το σαπούνι και φυσικά κομοδίνα )
