Acceptable for short term solo travelers
Pros: - 4/5 value for the price - very good option for solo traveler - good internet - quick check-in - easy to get in the apartment since it’s in entrance - very well facilitated in kitchen, able to cook anything - bed is comfortable - safe area
Cons: - the smell from bathroom very disturbing, without closing the door it’s difficult to stay in the room - the room has damaged walls since it’s semi-basement - it’s very noisy outside and the walls are not sound proof, not very comfortable

Great apartment but the stove needs to be updated
Pros: Excellent apartment! Clean, modern and cozy. The bathroom is well renovated. The room has a lot of space for living. The area of the apartment is safe, in the evening you feel comfortable on the street
Cons: We rent apartments specifically to cook, but the stove didn't work well and barely heated :(

good value for money, some small problems
Pros: - everything as in the photos - good value for money - good wifi - good communication with the host - quite and peaceful neighborhood
Cons: - the kitchen has everything, expect for something to cook with. there are no pots or lids, only 2 pans. I booked this apartment thinking i will be able to cook, so that was dissapointing - two chairs in the apartment, both were missing a piece and swayed when i sat on them - the soundproofing is not good, even with closed window you can clearly hear noises from other apartments

Pros: The flat exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, modern furniture, and convenient location, just a short walk from the metro. The area is well-served with 24/7 shops for essentials like water and cigarettes. The fridge was stocked with two small bottles of fresh water, plus coffee capsules, and tea were available. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it was fully equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a refreshing coolness upon arrival. The bed, though not king-size, comfortably accommodated two people. The host communicates via WhatsApp and does not meet guests in person, but the check-in process is straightforward with a wall box and combination provided in advance. Considering the value for cost, this flat deserves a solid 10/10.

Pros: We generally liked the apartments. They are located in a not bad area. There are grocery stores nearby. The apartments themselves are after renovation; in some places there are traces of paint. Good shower room. There is always hot water. Comfortable kitchen, but poor cooking utensils and stove. The stove does not heat well. The bed is very comfortable, the pillows are good, the cabinets are also convenient for storing things, If these shortcomings are eliminated, it will be an excellent apartment. It is also located on the ground floor, on a street where cars, buses and motorcycles constantly travel. That's why we need to close the windows. The apartment was clean, the staff was helpful.
Cons: Were poor cooking utensils and stove. The stove does not heat well. The sofa is bad - the seat is very sagging. There is a chair in the salon, it is torn and needs to be taken to the trash.
