Lovely, clean apartment

Pros: Super nice apartment! It has everything you need and is very clean. The location is brilliant!!

Pros: The apartment had everything you need for an easy holiday. Quiet, safe and clean place. Good pressure in the shower. Easy communication with the owner. Good location, bus stop in front of the building

Highly recommend if looking for central stay, walkable area, and simple comfort for a few days

Pros: This place was AMAZING! The owner was very nice and responsive. They sent info for arrival, assisted with a dropped item (over balcony), and was able to extend our checkout the morning of. The location was perfect for us. Within easy walking distance of the Acropolis and just about any other ancient ruin in the center of Athens. Ground level room, AC, full kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Private washer and clothesline. An extra mattress was provided for our third guest.

Cons: Up a hill, might be a bit exhaustive for some. Every time you leave/arrive it takes three keyed doors to get to the room (more secure).

Pros: The location was exceptional from the point of view of safety, the services available in the vicinity such as restaurants and supermarkets and the general appearance of the neighborhood.

Cons: The presentation photos are taken with a wide angle camera, but for 2 people the space was enough. The owner could consider turning the apartment into an accommodation just for 2 people and centering the bed so that there is access on 2 sides.

Excellent for couples. Everything at 4-stars hotel level. Trolley stop and good cafes at the door.

Pros: Well equipped flat - just dish washer is not, but we did not miss, as great restaurants and cafes are at proximity. All windows are eqipped by net against mosquitoes. Evidently, air conditioning exists. The quality is at 4 star hotel level. The station of troleybus No 4 is 5 meters only. Lots of things are at 5-10 minutes' walk distance. Safe place.

Cons: The pipe lines are in the Lichthof, what is reasonable from maintenance point of view. The bath's/toilet's small window is opening to that Lichthof. When somebody is flushing at 2nd. 3rd floor you can here the water's noise. But that is just fun. In the TV we could not find BBC and other non-Greek channels.

Pros: The apartment is as well furnished as the pictures show, it has all the equipment you'll need and more. Very clean, I specifically enjoyed the very nice shower. In a nice enough neighborhood with a lot of shops and places to eat nearby. Even though it's not really in the center of Athens, you're still very close. A 10 minute walk to the old Olympic Stadium, and about 20-25 minutes away from the parliament and thus Syntagma square. I found the owner very nice, and he's easily reachable if you have any questions!

Pros: Μου αρεσε πολυ η τοποθεσια του διαμερισματος. Και οτι ηταν ενα καινουργιο διαμερισμα με ολες τις απαραιτητες παροχες

Cons: Δυστυχως βρηκα καποια πραγματα που δεν μου αρεσαν. Η ζαχαρη ηταν ανοιχτη απο αλλον λογικα οπως και το αλατι γενικα χρησιμοποιημενα.. ενω κανονικα πρεπει να ειναι σε μεριδες. Επισης η λεκανη ειχε πολυ σκονη οταν πρωτοπηγαμε. Θεωρω οτι το παπλωμα θα επρεπε να ειχε παπλωματοθηκη και αυτη να πλενεται διοτι φαινοταν κομπιασμενο και πολυχρησιμοποιημενο

Pros: Βολική περιοχή και όμορφη γειτονια, γρήγορη η ανταπόκριση σε ερωτήσεις : )

Cons: Το στρώμα πολυ μαλακό -υποκειμενικη η προτίμηση αλλά για κάποιον με πρόβλημα στην μέση ίσως δεν είναι ότι καλύτερο.

Pros: Чудова студія, гарна кухня, є все для тривалого відпочинку.

Cons: Занадто м'який матрас
