Pros: The apartment is new and it features a beautiful bathroom, bath amenities including a toothbrush and a toothpaste.It is spacious with excellent lighting , comfortable bed, plenty of sockets and a nice overall decor. Although we didn't use it, there is a huge TV in the bedroom, an iron, a hairdryer and plenty of other facilities. The owner provided to me with an invoice for my company in no time at all.

Cons: It is nowhere written or described that the apartment is situated on the ground floor on the one side and below the ground floor on the back side. Neither in the description or fine print. On the contrary, there is misleading information saying that among the facilities of this property is a lift. This is basic information in which guests should be informed in advance.
