A wonderful and comfortable stay in Athens!!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the flat in Athens. Mr. Giannis the owner was very kind and helpful, making everything easy for us from arrival to departure. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well located. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Cons: There was really nothing we didn't like-the only downside was that we had to leave.!

The location was perfect — right in the city center, just steps away from great restaurants, cafes, and major attractions, all within walking distance. The apartment itself was newly decorated, very clean, and extremely comfortable. A great choice for anyone looking to explore the city on foot and stay in a stylish, convenient spot.

A perfect central stay in Athens with a welcoming host, thoughtful amenities, and a comfortable, fam

Pros: We had a great stay at this apartment in Athens! The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to everything. 20 steps from Ermou str., 3 mins from Monastiraki square and train station, 5 mins from Syntagma square. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating, meeting all our requests for check-in and check-out, which was especially helpful as we were traveling with our two young kids (ages 7 and 4). The apartment itself had a modern, minimalist design and was very comfortable. It offered much more than we expected, including nice extras like shampoos, slippers, a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, iron, smart tv and more. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in central Athens!

Cons: I dont have something to mention for the property. Just for reference, as the building is quite old, the elevator is old-classic style and can fit 1 and half person. So, for people with mobility issues, it can be an issue.
