Pros: The owner of the facility was so helpful and kind. He didn’t refuse our request to check out late. The place was in the middle of everything

Pros: First of all, the person I communicated with was very kind and responded very quickly and politely — that’s important to me. The apartment is spacious and clean, cozy and quiet. The location is excellent — that’s its biggest bonus. The price matched the experience. Overall, it was a good, pleasant, and comfortable experience at a fair price that was worth it. Without a doubt, I’ll come back on the next occasion.

Cons: In our opinion, the shower is very small and narrow (a bathtub with a curtain). As stated, there was indeed a balcony in the apartment, but it’s also very, very small, faces the back, and the access to it is through one of the bedrooms — which was a bit strange and uncomfortable. It’s not a deal breaker, just a slight disappointment due to the inconvenience, nothing too terrible. And one more thing, which I know isn’t related to the apartment or the landlord… but right at the entrance to the building, there’s a small jewelry stand with a grumpy, angry, unpleasant seller who speaks rudely. Try not to pay attention to him.

Pros: Location can't be better - bang in the middle of Ermou. Very spacious for a family of 5 and plenty of space. Really quiet throughout our stay. Friendly owner who is always responsive and helpful, promptly sorted out things, and let us leave luggage after check-out

Pros: Perfect family apartment right in the centre of things. Walking distance to Plaka and all the sights. Plenty of restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. Easy walk to Syntagma and Monastiraki metro stations.

Pros: Great location , big and clean appartment ,well equipped kitchen ,fast Wi-Fi .the owner was very generous with us we make check in at 10:30 am and our flight was 4:00am we stay at apartment until 11:00 pm without paying extra money . The owner has travel services office at the fifth floor , they arrange to us minivan for the airport .

Cons: Nothing except that the window of one of the bathrooms did not closed Well and the weather was cold

Fantastic location and facilities

Pros: This apartment was fantastic. The location is right near cafes, shopping and attractions. We found the owners to be very flexible and allowed us to have a late checkout to accommodate our flights. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment.
