Pros: Everything was just perfect, the property is amazing with everything you need. The balcony us super big with multiple chill out zones. The location is pretty good, subway, bus stops or tram are nearby or you can walk to the city center

Exceptional value for a more than fair price

Pros: Our stay during the ever first visit to Athens was between Sep 7th and 8th, 2025 - just 1 night with late checkout (with extra fee) - but a big pleasant experience for our family. The owner Costas expressed fantastic hospitality and his flat was exceptional in all regards - spacious territory, modern design, big terrace, absolute cleanliness everywhere, permanent owner's availability for any issues in WhatsApp. Which was especially important for us - we got extra cot for our 2yo daughter without any fee and we were able to check-out lately with an extra fee. Furthermore, this incomparable place is offered for a more than fair price. I strongly recommend this place for everyone to stay and I personally will stay only here again and again when I visit Athens further!

A designer’s house

Pros: It is truly a designer’s house, owner has spent a great deal of passion in it, so much spacious, it has one hundred square meters. A ninety degree two way balcony is as large as someone’s house. It closes to the subway station of M2 is another plus. Owner is so helpful, quick responding almost anything we asked. We had a great time spent there. Will rebook next to Athen.

Amazing apartement with huge balcony

Pros: The apartement was perfect, we were so amazed by it. I would like to have such an apartement for myself!!! Sad we could be there only for 2 nights. Communication was very fast and helpful and the place had everything that needed! Also recommend for families with a child!

Perfect!

Pros: Really easy instructions messaged in advance and host was prompt with replying to queries. The apartment is simply stunning and the photos don’t do it justice. The terrace is endless. I couldn’t recommend this place more and will definitely book again!
