Loved it here with my family!

Pros: We loved it here. Location is amazing - we managed to walk (with two young children and a buggy) to the key places we were interested in. Lots of restaurants nearby. Apartment itself is spacious and clean. You can tell the bathroom has recently been redone - shower was lovely! Quiet and homely.

Fantastic apartment and host! Highly recommended.

Pros: Breakfast was included and there was plenty of it to last our stay. The location was incredible with a fantastic view of the acropolis from the rooftop (shared) terrace. Nikos was an amazing host and very quick to respond to messages before arriving, and while we were at the property.

Close to everything...

Pros: The apartment is really in the center of everything. Metro Station Acropoli - 100 m, south entrance to Acropolis - 2 minutes, Acropolis Museum - next door, Plaka - 2 min and so on .... Breakfast was OK, Nikos would have brought more stuff, but we went to a bakery and supermarket nearby - it's always nice to go food shopping. 😉

Cons: It would be nice to have a broom and dustpan so that one could clean a bit (dining space, bathroom floor).

Amazing stay

Pros: L'appartement est très spacieux et très bien situé (littéralement en face du musée de l'Acropole). Le confort général de l'appartement est excellent (2 chambres, literies confortables, salle de bain, cuisine équipée, salon spacieux). Le contenu du frigo pour le petit-déjeuner est suffisant (oeufs, céréales, pain, jus de fruits, café). De plus, Nikos (l'hôte) est très sympathique et réactif via WhatsApp lorsque nous avions des demandes. En bref, je recommande totalement cet appartement.

A flawless family experience—Athens, history, and comfort all wrapped into one unforgettable trip.

Pros: For our family, this stay was a solid 10. The apartment’s unbeatable location—just steps from the Acropolis and museum—meant we could explore Athens fully without wasting time commuting. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had an unforgettable view of the Parthenon from the rooftop, which made every evening feel magical. Because everything was so accessible, we even fit in a full day trip to the Peloponnese, visiting the Corinth Canal, the ancient ruins of Mycenae, the beautiful seaside town of Nafplio, and the legendary theater of Epidaurus. Every site was a highlight on its own, and being able to return to a cozy, central home base each night made it all the better.

Pros: Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem i możliwość otrzymania kluczy do lokalu przed standardową godziną check-in oraz wydłużony czas check-out. Nikos pozostaje w stałym kontakcie z gośćmi i reaguje szybko na ich potrzeby. Oferta śniadaniowa w cenie (w postaci zakupów przez Nikosa podstawowych produktów spożywczych) jest w pełni wystarczająca do przygotowania dobrego i obfitego śniadania. Doskonała lokalizacja (kilka kroków od przystanku linii metra Acropoli) oraz kilku minut od wejścia na teren Akropolu i dzielnicy Plaka pozwalają swobodnie skorzystać z tych atrakcji w dowolnym czasie. Jednym słowem: Polecam!

Unterkunft im Herzen der Stadt Athen

Pros: Die Lage direkt im Stadtzentrum neben dem Akropolismuseum ist unschlagbar! Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr groß, war sauber und jedes der 2 Schlafzimmer hatte einen eigenen kleinen Balkon. Neben dem sehr großen Wohnzimmer gab es eine voll ausgestattete Küche in der man alles zum selber Kochen vorfand. Der Kontakt zum Inhaber verlief super einfach übers Smartphone. Über das gemeinschaftliche Treppenhaus gab es einen Zugang zur großen Dachterrasse die über eine kleine Wendeltreppe erreicht werden konnte. Die Dachterrasse selbst bietet einen schönen Blick über die Stadt und auf die Akropolis. Die Wohnung ließ sich mit den 3 Klimaanlagen individuell temperieren. Check in/ Check out funktionierte super. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Herzen der Stadt Athen.

Cons: Das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
