Acropolis Museum Retreat by GHH

Melted by cultural and historic vibrancy right in the center of Athens

Pros: The host was very responsive, super and tried to meet all our requests. The location is also amazing! Top center, in Plaka and very near to the historic Acropolis

Cons: In reality almost all was great. We would have loved to stay in the other apartment that has view towards the Acropolis, but it was alreadt booked at the time we did our reservation.

Athens Acropolis, a quiet and calm place to stay.

Pros: A clean, nice mini apartment in a fabulous location. Easy to reach and a super comfortable bed. This property did not have the balcony looking over the museum but was very nice and had everything for a self catering stay. The host was very helpful!

Great location

Pros: Great location with easy walking distance of the Acropolis and Plaka. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Large size apartment with a nice balcony.

Cons: While it has a modern appearance the apartment is a little worn out in some areas. Kitchen items were minimal and low quality, the shower head was almost broken and the lift to the second floor rarely worked. When we arrived the apartment wasn’t as clean as we’d expect so we had to vacuum and wipe down kitchen benches.

Short stay on primium location

Pros: Primium location, the metro station just oposite the building. Comfortable bed.

Amazing Acropolis accommodation for families

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is extremely close to the Acropolis Museum, and the location makes it an easy and enjoyable walk to the top of the Acropolis—even with young kids! The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a large kitchen. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Cons: The restaurants immediately near the apartment were a bit underwhelming and targeted at tourists, we took a short walk over to Plaka and discovered a lovely spot on our last evening.

Pros: the flat is just amazing, perfect size with a lot of space to chill after a long day of sightseeing. It is located in the heart of the city right next to the 'Akropolis' underground stop. Even if the streets around are quite buzzing of people during the day, at night it is quiet and silent.

Cons: From the description (and maybe this was our mistake) we were under the impression that the flat had two showers, there was only one instead as the second toilet is rather a guest toilet. As we were in two, it was manageable but in case of bigger groups it may be challenging to have one shower only.

Pros: The flat is at a prime location. It is within walking distance from major attractions, including the Acropolis. Almost next to the Acropolis metro station. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around. Very clean flat and comfortable bed. Very polite and responsive host.

Cons: The tiny bathroom.

Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά εκτός του μπαλκονιού μόνο.

Pros: Η τοποθεσία υπέροχη .Πρωινό δεν είχαμε . Υπήρχε όμως η δυνατότητα προετοιμασίας αν θέλαμε γιατί υπήρχαν όλες οι συσκευές .Μπρίκι για ελληνικό που δεν είχε μόλις το ζητήσαμε τό έφεραν αμέσως.Οι συσκευές ήταν καινούργιες.Μόνο ο βραστήρας είχε άλατα αλλά δεν τον χρειαστήκαμε.

Cons: Δεν μου άρεσε το ότι το μπαλκόνι δεν ήταν καθαρό , είχε σκουπίδια στην άκρη μέσα στο φαράσι. Η σκούπα ήταν βρώμικη και η σφουγγαρίστρα αλλά τα καθάρισα μόνη μου και καθάρισα και το μπαλκόνι. Το κακό με τα arbnb είναι ότι δεν καθαρίζουν τα μπαλκόνια

Super Aufenthalt

Pros: Die Lage ist Unschlagbar. Vom Balkon aus konnte man das Acropolis Museum sehen. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und herzlich.

Pros: Perfect location for visiting the Acropolis. Spacious apartment. Very clean and well appointed. Host was able to arrange airport transfers for us, which were very helpful.

Cons: The lift wasn’t working to go to 2nd floor. It wasn’t a big deal but it would have helped with luggage.
