Comfortable stay in Koukaki
Pros: Everything was amazing. The fridge was stocked with fresh fruit, a bottle of wine for us and lemonades for our three girls on arrival. Washing machine and clothes horse were put to good use along with the iron and ironing board. Location was amazing. Close to the metro and lots of great tavernas. A periptero across the road helped us out a lot of times and the coffee place on the corner was the best way to start our day. Lots of room in the bedrooms for our suitcases and hanging space and the two toilets were a life saver for our family of five. The view from the balcony was second to none. One of the best locations in Athens
Pros: The view from both sides of the balcony is fabulous! Nothing better than sitting out on the balcony at night and looking up at the Parthenon all lit up while sipping on local wine. I was met and introduced to the very cute property on the first night by the luckiest man who also left me some much needed supplies in the fridge. I was so pleased there was a small elevator to take me up to the fifth floor, but the marble steps are quite something too. :)
Cons: There are some areas of the floor that feel a little unstable under your feet but it is a lovely older apartment where these types of things are the norm

Fantastic location and view!
Pros: The location is exceptional. The building is a classic Athenian apartment building likely built in the 50s with a wraparound balcony and an unbelievable view in the heart of Athens. Overall amenities were comforable and the balcony amazing. The owner was very accommodating, met us at the door, explained everything and was available anytime to help (though we didn't need it). Aircon was great - especially as we were there for 5 days in a heatwave.
Cons: Overall some parts of the apartment were a bit dated, but that is unavoidable due to heritage regulations - that wasn't a big deal. However, there were other things could have been attended to and that would have made our stay much more pleasant and matched our expectations given the location and price. For example, there is only a dining table and chairs on the balcony (which is fine for most seasons in Athens), but they were not in a good condition. Only 3 balcony chairs were usable and even those were hazardous (one collapsed under us). While the kitchen was equipped with reasonable supplies and some complementary water, drinks, there was a limited number or mismatched glasses/cultery etc. Usually this would not bother us, but at this price, it would have made the stay so much more pleasant. Having said that, these are easily fixable and we would definitely come back!

Stunning apartment
Pros: Fabulous apartment. The view was spectacular, the location couldn't have been better, and the host was very helpful. cant recommend highly enough

Amazing.
Pros: Very hospitable owners. Everything you need is in the apartments. There was fruit, water and drinks in the fridge! The view of Acropolis is absolutely amazing. All attractions, excellent cafes and restaurants, metro and shops are nearby. I recommend.

Pros: This is a very comfortable apartment in a great location. The host was extremely friendly and he even brought us a selection of juices and cakes. The veranda with a beautiful view was a highlight. AC and wifi worked great, the shower pressure was good and the beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels provided.

Pros: Perfect location, extremely welcoming host, best value! If we visit Athens next time, we’ll definitely book this apartment. The veranda is much more beautiful now, it’s full of plants and flowers.
