Pros: Very good location, quiet area. Decent accommodation. The hosts respond to messages very quickly.

Cons: Everything was ok, except for the sink, shower cabin and sink in the kitchen, which were not cleaned properly.

Cons: Maybe it was just me(?!) but perhaps some instructions for the clothes washing machine and some washing powder/detergent.

Central location, safe neighborhood, comfortable apartment

Pros: Safe and quiet neighborhood. The property is 3-4 min walk from the metro station Syggrou Fix, from where you can easily reach any part of Athens. The instructions by the host worked perfectly, I did not have any problems during my stay. I appreciate the small gift box that the host had prepared. From the property to Acropolis it's nearly 7-8 min on foot, and then you can easily reach other central parts of Athens. Many thanks for everything!

Loved the location and perfect for a couple staying for a few days.

Pros: The location was amazing. It was the perfect distance from everything but still in a quiet area. It is on a little square and felt very safe. The washer/dryer came in handy. There is also a large fridge and ample storage space. There is a nice little balcony. There is good AC. Keep in mind there are a lot of stairs to get to the building or a large hill to go up. Inside, there are several narrow flights to the apartment, or you can take the elevator, which, if you are about average size, is barely big enough for 2. It wasn't an issue for us, but I would want to know, especially if I had mobility issues.

Cons: It was not a place you would want to spend time and relax. Except for the balcony, nowhere was it comfortable to just sit and relax. We had fantastic weather, so we were gone all day and only slept there. However, if we had had to stay in more because of bad weather, we would have been miserable. It was extremely bare bones. I would not really consider the kitchen cookable. I would heat things up, but I would not plan on making any meals, even something as easy as pasta. We only had two bath towels for four nights. We had to keep washing them in the washer and hoping they would be dry when we got back in later. The bed was very hard, and the pillows were definitely Ikea. Almost everything was. Again, it was not a cozy place and did not feel like home, but it was perfect because of the location and because it was just the 2 of us in amazing weather. Had I brought kids, I would have been really upset at how little it provided.

Athen is a very interesting city, good for a long weekend.

Pros: Location is very good, just be aware that there's a steep stair to get to the actual building. Very quiet location considering the position which allows to reach the major attraction with 15/20 mins. walk.

Cons: I'm used to harder pillows (personal preference) and there was no such option. The only working light in the bathroom was the one above the mirror, just a bulb to change I'd say. The bathroom, super clean, is fairly small.

Pros: J'ai eu une très bonne première impression en rentrant pour la première fois, qui s'est renouvelée chaque jour lorsque je revenais de mes excursions. La propreté générale de l'appartement, La petite boite de consommables mis à disposition (cartouche de café ,nécessaire de toilette...) La propreté et la quantité du linge de toilette et sa disposition simple mais en harmonie avec le décor épuré de l'appartement. Le balcon orienté vers le square qui m' a permis de prendre mes diners et petits déjeuners . L'astucieuse présence de deux petites fenêtres situées dans la douche et la cuisine, équipées d'une moustiquaire et donnant sur la colonne de service. Leur ouverture permet une ventilation naturelle de l'appartement évitant l'utilisation de la climatisation.

Cons: Ce qui suit n'enlève rien au plaisir que j'ai eu à séjourner dans ce logement, mais signalé dans un esprit d'améliorations. Je n'ai pas pu utilisé le WIFI . Mon téléphone détectait plusieurs réseaux avec un nom principal identique mais des chiffres différents de ceux indiqués sur l’étiquette de la console WIFI. J'ai essayé le mot de passe affiché sur l'étiquette sur4 des réseaux détectés sans résultat?? Le matelas du lit n'était pas équipé d'une enveloppe de protection changeable. Néanmoins les draps en place étaient propres. La table et les chaises pliantes mises à disposition sur le balcon gagneraient à être plus confortables. Pour ne pas avoir mal aux cuisses. Lors des repas j'ai mis les serviettes de toilette en rôle de coussins.

Well equipped flat in a great location at a great price

Pros: Great location. It's close to the sights and removed enough to be in a quiet area. Bakery and grocery store are a few minutes' walk. The hosts were very responsive and fixed issues we had very quickly. Well equipped kitchen, nice welcome kit included basic toiletries and starter kitchen supplies.

Cons: The shower setup gets the bathroom wet easily. There's no curtain to keep the water in the shower stall, just a small step. We had a few ants during our stay. The door lock is a bit complicated and can easily lock you out if you're not careful.
