Petaluda House 3

Pros: The quadruple room was quite spacious and had a nice balcony. The metro station (just two stops from the city center) was only about a 3-minute walk away, and there were several affordable cafés nearby. The bathroom and kitchen are shared among four rooms in total, but everything was very clean and well-maintained, so it’s not like you're sharing with dozens of people. The room’s size, airy feel and the bonus of a balcony made the stay really comfortable.

Cons: Nothing.

Absolute joy, recommended.

Pros: Me and my friend had a lovely stay at Petaluda House, all the facilities were as shown and the beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and tidy, absolutely cozy! Staff was incredibly nice and the communication was good! Nothing to complain there to be honest, 100% recommended. And the location is really good too, near Victoria Square and the metro, with lots of places to eat and take a break.

Cons: This doesn't really have anything to do with the place, but keep in mind it's shared common areas (such as the kitchen and bathroom) so be wary of that fact and that not everyone is as responsible as you'd expect. Thankfully for us there weren't any major issues (just one night someone forgot to turn off the kitchen sink and the water running woke us up). For the rest, everything was good!

Pros: Very clean, very friendly host. Easy access to nearby cafes and the metro.

Pros: Good and clean apartment in the city centre, near metro station and supermarket. Friendly owner. Comfortable beds and big wardrobes. The (shared) bathroom was clean, the kitchen was useful and well equipped.

Cons: There weren't any shampoo or bath foam in the bathroom, but that's not a big deal.

Great for one night before taking the plane, but be carefoul in the square

Pros: The room was very clean like the bathroom, kitchen and toilets (all shared). The room was comfortable, with a large bed and had climatisation. It was perfect for a night before taking the plane. The airport is one hour away in metro.

Cons: Be carefoul when we walk around the building : we went out for eat in restaurant at night, and we didn't feel safe because we saw a junky on the street, and a lot of homeless person seaking in trashes.

Pros: Good location near Metro. Clean and well equipped. Friendly staff

Cons: The only issue was the mattress, it was like sleeping on a floor.

Pros: Good for the price (30euros). It's an appartement with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen. Air-conditioning and mattress were good. Close to the subway.

Cons: Decoration is not young but for the price it does not matter.
