Perfect place for a city break
Pros: The place was very neat and well-maintained. There was a lot of space for a family of three. Although The building itself is quite old, the apartment is newly renovated and comfortable. The location was also great - close to the city center and with many restaurants and shops around. The contact with the owner was very good - they responded to all of our messages very quickly, both before and during our stay.

Pros: It's very comfortable and clean apartment, location is very good, close to the centre. Everything, what you will need, you have in apartment. It's very good place for spend good time in Athens, the best recommendation❤️

Would recommend to everyone
Pros: Almost everything. Host, simplicity of communication, enterance, cleanless, hospitality, size of the aparrment, kitchen, TV programs, bathroom, neighbourhood quiet, 350m from metro station... you have all necessary devices just as you are in your own house. Nothing to complain for.
Cons: You are on the first floor so the view is not the best but it is safe and there is enough of light in rooms. The elevator is next to apartment so sometimes some noise is present.

Comfortable apartment 2 minuts walk from the metro station
Pros: The apartment is really new renovated, the perfect clean, you have all you need for a short or long stay, including such a little things as ear sticks, make up remover cotton puds. The kitchen is fully equipped. The metro station is 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment, there are a lot of mini-markets and bakery’s in the area. The area is not so friendly, but it nothing to do with the new and welcome apartment. Self check-in-out was very easy with the detailed instructions from the Host. The Host is very responsive and helpful! The wifi is very good.
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like the backyard, that was a mess outside, the apartment is on the 1st floor, for that reason for the whole period of time the outdoor blinds were closed for a safety reason.

Pros: Es ist eine kürzlich renovierte, geräumige Wohnung hinter der Platia Viktorias. Besonders gelungen- mit Steinfliesen und Regendusche- ist das Bad. Gut ausgestattete Küche, einigermaßen bequemes Bett und ein schmaler Balkon zum Innenhof hin. Das heißt, daß es nachts ruhig ist, aber auch nicht sehr hell, da die Wohnung im erhöhten Erdgeschoß liegt. Dennoch eine sehr gute Erfahrung und empfehlenswert.

Pros: El piso está bien, limpio, aire acondicionado bien, agua caliente bien, jabón, pastillas para lavar la ropa, todo lo que necesites lo tienes. Faltaría un antimosquito. Piso recomendable, yo repetiria
Cons: Entraban mosquitos aunque tuviéramos mosquiteras y las ventanas cerradas. La calle no es muy bonita

Pros: Pěkné ubytování kromě výhledu z balkónu. Je blízko náměstí,kde se dá dát výborná snídaně v kavárně a jsou zde i dobré restaurace.
Cons: Ne moc pěkná čtvrť. Z balkónu výhled do nehezkého dvora.
