Tonias house in Athens

Pros: There was a national strike and the host (Tonia) came to pick me up AT 1AM IN THE MORNING at the main plaza. She was incredibly caring for the whole process.

Pros: Comfortable, close to the metro, the lady managing it was very helpful and kind.

Pros: Nice and clean accomodation with easy acces to the center of Athens using metro. Stores and restaurants are less then a minute by foot. Tonia was hospitable and helpful and communication with her was easy.

Pros: Cute and cosy room with fridge, coffee maker, toaster etc. Several traveling conveniences were there already in the apartment on arrival, e.g. breakfast foods. Tonia was really nice and easy to communicate with, and picking up the keys was super simple. The area itself is very nice with several supermarkets (including a nice one that stays open to 11pm -- most close early at 8pm), and nice cafes in the square nearby. The metro is about a 5min walk away. The balcony has a small table and two chairs.

Wonderful host and very good apartment with all amenities including welcome breakfast

Pros: Free welcome breakfast was given. It was good enough for two of us.

Cons: Nothing. Just suggestion to improve : maybe a curtain in showers would help reduce messy bathroom

Amazing! I would stay there a thousand times

Pros: We loved Tonia’s commitment to help and to welcome us (we had a very delayed flight). The apartement is cozy and very well distributed. Tonia managed to accommodate all main needs. She arranged basic breakfast groceries in the fridge and cabinets. And there’s a toaster She arranged a taxi for us as well and taxi driver charged the correct fare. A/C working well. Bed is comfy. Bathroom is new and renovated. There are more appliances in the sink cabinet. It just made our stay better in Athens. Tonia took the time to give us suggestions on places to go visit and eat, depending on your likes. She provided city and Public transportation map via ws which is highly appreciated. It’s noticeable she takes care of her guests

Cons: Location is not my favorite. But on the positive side it’s only two blocks away from a very centric metro station

Greek cozy home!

Pros: Tonias apartment and balcony is so lovely! Its beautiful, clean, all you need is there and more. It really exceeded our expectations. Tonia prepared for us some yoghurt, greek bread, coffee, milk, water, cereals etc. She was the best host I had. Location is very convenient and close to the metro, shops, cafes etc. I do suggest to book your stay!

Very nice stay

Pros: The host was suuuper friendly and helpful. She also gave us a breakfast for free

Cons: The location is full of immigrants, but price quality ratio of the apartment was very good.

Pros: Excellent hospitality. Friendly neighbourhood. Metro station 3 minutes away. I definitely recommend Tonias House ❤️

Amazing stay!

Pros: The room was so lovely, the bed was so comfy and the facilities were exceptional. Both Panos and Tonia were lovely and so helpful and gave us really good recommendations for food and activities which we did and really loved. We had breakfast every morning in the room as Tonia supplied us with breakfast bits like bread, jams, cheese, ham, cornflakes, juice, milk and much more which we loved. The room is set up so that you have a really cosy feel and it's lovely to spend an evening in the hotel! It was a pleasure to stay here! The location was really good with the metro only a short walk away! Great price and location! You have everything you need in the room and you'd be happy to spend alot of time in it! Tonia definitely cares if you have a great stay as she always keeps in touch and made sure we had everything we needed which was amazing!

Cons: Literally the only thing that could be imported was when you turn the hot water on the boiler drips a bit in the bathroom but that's really the only bad thing and it didn't bother us too much! Around the street itself a few dodgy characters were around but this isn't the hotels fault!
