They were prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond to provide clear instructions. The property itself is exactly as advertised—only better! Great location and an amazing host who made the stay smooth and stress-free.

Pros: We stayed at this Airbnb in Athens from 15th to 18th November and had a great experience overall. When we first arrived, we couldn’t unlock the door, but the host immediately called us on FaceTime and guided us step-by-step until the issue was resolved. Throughout our stay, we faced a couple of minor issues with the electric stove and Wi-Fi, and each time the host responded within one minute and quickly fixed everything. She was extremely helpful, giving us recommendations for local restaurants and even informing us in advance about a big parade happening nearby, including updates from the police so we could plan our day accordingly. Overall, a very responsive and caring host who made our stay smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Cons: Some initial technical issues with the door and appliances, but nothing serious, and the host fixed them right away.
