Very Good, but wish the price can be lower.

Pros: The staff, the location. Everything is very good. Online photo are good representation of the actual room. You can ask the staff for additional supplies.

Cons: Room is bit small, but workable. Don't have a washing machine in the room, only have shared washing machine downstairs. Hot water for bath need some get use to.

Pros: I rented an apartment on the 4th floor because I wanted a good terrace. As it turned out, the terrace was really amazing. And the apartment itself was also very comfortable and well equipped. I also enjoyed the neighborhood a lot. Facilities and coffee bars are close by and the city center of Athens can easily be reached by foot or bus. Communication with the owners was pleasant, too.

Would book again :)

Pros: The communication with the hosts was great, Sofia and Flavia were prompt to answer and help us with anything we might need, also really warm and welcoming. The room had everything we needed for our stay plus some nice welcome gifts. The AC was powerful enough, beds were comfy and the water pressure and heat were really good! We used their washing machine, iron and blow-dryer with no issues. There are a few markets nearby and lovely taverns/restaurants/cafes too frequented by locals. The location itself was quiet, except for one detail that couldn't be helped.

Cons: -Their neighbors were doing renovations during those days and we had two days of 9 am noise that made it impossible to sleep in. However we left the room to visit and ignored this bit, since it couldn't be helped . -I wouldn't recommend this location for someone that isn't ready to walk a lot. The closest metro station is 17 minutes away and a walk to Syntagma is around 30-35 depending on your speed. The busses are indeed close, but not always convenient timing/routes. Just something to keep in mind if you don't plan ubering around the city

Πολύ συμπαθητικό στούντιο σε τέλειο σημειο της πόλης.

Pros: Το στούντιο ήταν όμορφα διακοσμημένο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πεντακάθαρο. Είχε ένα πολύ πρακτικό ξεχωριστό χώρο σαν ντουλάπα και αποθήκη. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, κοντά σε σουπερμάρκετ, συγκοινωνία, μπαρακια, ταβέρνες και ταυτόχρονα ήσυχο και αρκετά ασφαλές σημείο με την αίσθηση της γειτονιάς.

Cons: Το μπάνιο ήταν λίγο μικρό και χωριζοταν από το δωμάτιο από μια γυάλινη πορτα. Επίσης η είσοδος είχε κάπως απότομα σκαλοπάτια που δυσκολεύουν πχ ένα ηλικιωμένο άτομο. Ίσως μια λαβή στήριξης στον τοίχο σ εκείνο το σημείο να βοηθούσε.

Pros: todo estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado, ordenado y bonito, con todo lo necesario, además de estar en un barrio tranquilo cerca del centro y al lado de una parada de bus. el personal fue muy agradable en todo momento. recomiendo la estancia

Pros: Wohnen wie in einer Wohnung, alles sauber und zentral gelegen. Alles Top.

Super, jederzeit wieder

Pros: Sehr sauber, Ausstattung so wie beschrieben, Zustand genau so wie auf den Bildern. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende MitarbeiterInnen. Lage ist für Athen ruhig, aber mit Bus oder auch zufuss ist das Zentrum gut zu erreichen. Ich habe mich auch nachts alleine nicht unwohl gefühlt. Es gibt in der Nähe einige Bars, Frühstückmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants.

Very nice and cozy place to stay.

Pros: We really had a great time here. The studio was very comfortable and lovely. Plus the air conditioner was very helpful for the heat temperature of summer. Exactly how it looks in the photos. Stuff who attended us were very friendly. About the location, once you manage to deal with the buses, you get to the city center very quick. It worths so much!

Pros: goede locatie, mooi ingericht appartement met voldoen faciliteiten.

Cons: matrassen kunnen beter.

Ich würde immer wiederholen!

Pros: Lage, Größe, Ausstattung, alles! Ruhig und gleichzeitig zentral.
