Perfect stay in Neapoli

Pros: Good location (close to all nice bars and restaurants, but enough away to have the noise from it), good bed (not too hard, not too soft), big shower, washing machine, nice turning TV, all making it a very comfortable and great stay. We came back a couple of times here, and will keep coming back.

Cons: All great, maybe some basics in the kitchen would be good (salt, pepper), as 2 sets of towels for longer stays.

Great base for exploring Athens

Pros: Clean room with good facilities in a decent location, with plenty nearby and about a 20–30 minute walk to Plaka. It had everything we needed for our stay

Cons: Although we really liked the area, some may not, as there is a lot of political graffiti, including messages from locals telling tourists to leave

Η διαμονή μου ήταν τέλεια. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Pros: Η τοποθεσία είναι καταπληκτική. Μπορείς να μετακινηθείς με τα πόδια σε όλο το κέντρο. Αν επιθυμείς να χρησιμοποιήεις ΜΜΜ έχεις πολλές δυνατότητες. Ταυτόχρονα είναι σε περιοχή ήσυχη -κέντρο -απόκεντρο.

Cons: Δεν έχω να σχολιάσω κάτι αρνητικό.

Было бы супер, если бы хозяин писал какие-то инструкции, как чем пользоваться, в том числе касаемо воды.

Pros: Очень чисто, уютно, есть все необходимое, даже гладильная доска и утюг. Кондиционер работал отлично. Вид с балкона классный, очень приятно вечером посидеть. Рядом есть магазинчики. Ключик ждал нас в сейфе, когда выезжали также оставили его там, очень удобно.

Cons: Не было горячей воды, мы включали кран и ждали минут по 10, все равно вода нагревалась еле-еле.

Εξαιρετικη διαμονή

Pros: Καθαρό , μοντέρνο στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Ο Πετρος είναι superhost!! Ευγενικός και διακριτικός. Ενώ ερχόμουν και παλαιότερα εδώ πριν να είναι υπεύθυνος ,τώρα είναι ακόμα πιο άνετη η διαμονή γιατί ξέρεις ότι οτιδήποτε και να συμβεί θα το τακτοποιήσει.

Cons: Τίποτα , όλα ήταν τέλεια

I would recommend this place for a convinient stay.

Pros: It was very clean with easy instructions for check-in and check-out. Having small soaps and towels were very handy.

Cons: I don't know if it is a common system for hot water in all apartments in Athens or not. But, I had a bad experience of cold shower on the first night, as I was tired and did not read the instruction for turning on the hot water system before taking shower. Luckily the owner responded very quickly.
