Pros: We spent 4 weeks there. The apartment is very bright and spacious, with beautiful view to the temple and cypress trees. New appliances in the kitchen: dish washer, washer, oven, coffee machine; there are a wide screen TV and comfortable sofa in guest room. There are 3 good cafes downstairs where you can eat delicious food. The location is very good, there are a beautiful temple nearby, several parks and a lot of cafes available even in weekends. The apartment has good high-speed internet, which was a huge advantage for us.
Cons: But there are some disadvantages...The floors are just painted concrete, the floor is very cold in winter, to say the truth except bedrooms - there is parquet. And secondly, there is road noise; the windows face the main road. This needs to be taken into account, initially it was hard to get used to it, but closer to the end of the first week it was no matter 😊

Very comfortable apartment and good value for money
Pros: We loved the apartment. It was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and plenty of ACs which makes it really convenient to chill in any of the rooms. We loved it here. The neighborhood is not that close to the major tourist spots and we needed to use public transport each time to get to the city center. But of course, this has nothing to do with the property.
Cons: We were worried about the security deposit of 200 Euros. It should have been outlined in a clearer manner in the description of the property.

Great stay; albeit close to busy road
Pros: The house is exceptionally constructed and decorated. Lots of space to put our own things yet enough deco to make it feel personal. A cool and diverse selection of books in the library. All amenities were new and very clean, the kitchen and the bathrooms were great. Special mention on the shower - no curtain and spacious. There are automatic black-out shutters; very useful if you want to sleep late. The beds and pillows are comfortable - as is the couch and the dinning table. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby and a few shops for groceries.
Cons: The noise from the main road was quite intense despite the double glazed glass. We sort of got used to it from the second night. I felt the place is more suited for travellers who want to experience the nightlife rather than a family of four visiting family and friends in Athens... There is also a 200euro deposit that stressed me out as I am not used to it especially because there was no in-person hand-over process of the unit when we moved out.

Perfect!
Pros: Super nice house, very clean and full equipment included. We stayed there with my family, and we all was very happy about house. And also location is in the centre, easy to reach everywhere. Thank you

Awesome Athens Apartment
Pros: Beautiful spacious modern apartment. Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Very comfortable and warm.
Cons: Everything was great! I felt like home for the short time I was there. Little noisy being on the main road if you were sitting on the balcony, but once you closed the door to the outside, you would not even notice.
