Pros: This hotel exceeded my expectations! The service was very attentive and friendly from the start. Since I was traveling alone, they recommended some nice places to visit and restaurants to try. The room and the hotel in general were very clean, and I felt very comfortable! I highly recommend it! Even checking in early was no problem, and they helped me with everything I needed!

Cons: I didn't have a window, but there is a small terrace inside.

Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend the hotel.

Pros: We had a very nice stay. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean, cleaned daily, and the minibar was refilled with drinking water. There were coffee capsules, towels, and a hairdryer in the room. The location is very central and convenient. The only downside was that our first-floor room facing the street was a bit noisy.

Pleasant and amazing location

Pros: Location was ideal for the purpose of our trip. The room was comfortable and spacious

Cons: It was lacking proper lighting in the room and the bathroom light was harsh could use extra mirror and full body mirror in the room

Pros: The design of the room and the location of the hotel. Easy to book transfers to the airport and store luggage

Cons: Limited coffee, tea and snacks in the room. When asking for black tea, we were told to go to the supermarket which doesn’t seem appropriate when paying a high price for the room!
