Pros: I liked that how kind and friendly staff was, they were so helpful with recommendations to visit around Athens such as restaurants, taverns to go, And I'd like thank to all staff member, especially to Apostolos, he welcomed us very well and all the other staff was as nice as him.

Pros: The position is great, close to every turistic spot and metro station just few minutes walking. The hotel is confortable, and the personnel is always on site and very kind

Cons: Only one note: the shower in the bathroom is completely open. Nice to see but not exactly practical, in my viewpoint

Pros: Great location and staff were very friendly. Room was also very comfortable with a great view of the Acropolis.

Cons: Images for elegant residence room don't necessarily align with the room you get. For example not all the elegant rooms come with free-standing bath or shower pictured on website & booking.com.

Excellent service and communication

Pros: Beautiful room. Great location. Best thing was the helpful staff. We arrived late and found that we had been given a twin room rather than double. This was a mix up on the Booking.com side. In a small hotel I wasn't sure they would be able to find us another room but they did immediately. Excellent service

Cons: The location in the centre of Athens means it can be noisy, even with good windows.
