A wonderful stay in the heart of Athens

Pros: We spent four wonderful nights in a Junior Suite and had a fantastic stay. The suite was very spacious, beautifully designed and impeccably clean. We especially loved the elegant bathroom, the ambient lighting and the extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was rich and varied, with excellent quality and something for everyone. The staff during breakfast were lovely and welcoming, and the reception team was exceptionally kind, helpful and professional throughout our stay. The location is perfect – within walking distance of Athens’ main landmarks and just a few steps from the vibrant Monastiraki area with great restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros: The hotel is 20/10 ! The staff are super friendly and caring, and the manager is really awesome and great For the hotels discretion I won't expand too much but they upgraded me and they give a very personal treatment which is uncommon in Europe The breakfast is very good and has large diversity The cleaning each day is like a brand new room

Cons: Even though I had 2 issues with the hotel they are nothing compared to the greatness of the hotel The air conditioner had ticking noise, the hotel took care of me for this issue more than well It is a small error but after my first night the room wasn't cleaned
