Lovely apartment, would definitely recommend.

Pros: Lovely, well furnished, clean, new included everything needed to stay.

Cons: The location is lovely, but is about a mile from the tourist areas of Athens. The walk is nice, and the weather is lovely, and taxis a great and affordable so its not a big deal.

Nice house, great stay

Pros: A good place, a bit further from the noisy city center, we always come back like an oasis :). It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Syntagma Square, but we walk fast :). The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, charming lemon trees under the windows, the balcony is suitable for drinking coffee. Since the apartments are on the first floor, there is no view of the city. There is a wall in front, but it is with lemon trees, it suited us very well. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. There is a small grocery store very close by, which is open long hours and on weekends, and several taverns where local people visit.

Cons: I would like the wifi connection to be written somewhere in the apartment, as it is usually done, and even to ask the host in a separate letter. But the communication was fast, thank you!

Cons: Nothing it was perfect

Pros: The flat was super clean and had everything that a household needs. The owner was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed and everything was solved fast Despite the negatives below I am writing, we would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone and we will book it again in the future for our stay in Athens

Cons: The flat didn't have natural light and it was very dark and we needed to have the lights on all the time, there was also a weird smell that was coming from the building but it might was a temporary issue with the drainage

Pros: Καθαρός χώρος, βολικό κρεβάτι, άνετο διαμέρισμα και εξοπλισμένο με καθε είδους παροχές. Κατάλληλο για διαμονή πολλών ημερών, καλό wifi Κατάλληλο για εργασία, ευπρόσδεκτα κατοικίδια!

Pros: דירה מעוצבת נהדר, נוחה ונעימה עם כל מה שצריך. המארח היה נחמד והגיב מהר לכל שאלה, יש מרפסת נחמדה והדירה נמצאת באזור שקט.

Cons: כדי שיהיו מים חמים צריך להדליק את הבוילר חצי שעה מראש! שזה די מבאס. המיקום נעים ושקט אך גם יחסית רחוק מהמרכז ועבור שהייה קצרה זה היה פחות נוח.

Nice place, would recommend, if you are planning on staying in the area

Pros: Very nice place, the hosts were accommodating. Couple issues, and this could have been my own problem, was ensuring the hot water as on. Also, I came during a couple cold nights, so place was a bit cold before figuring out how to use the “heater” which didn’t work that well. The area is a very family oriented area and local spot which was very nice. It was rather quick my uber to get into the core. Balcony was a bit shaded so there wasn’t much sun. For the time of year, I think it was a little expensive by 25%
