A1 Elegant Vouliagmeni apt in a Unique Spot

Pros: This is a wonderful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The communication with host (Gregory) was great from the very beginning.

The perfect stay, we hope to come back

Pros: Very well thought out and very clean. It was right near the beach and conveniently close to the restaurants and shops. The area was very green and quiet, we woke up to the chirping of the birds. Gregory could not be more polite and accommodating.

Great host, great property and in perfect location to see everything you need. Will stay here again!

Pros: The property was in ideal location and clean and had all the facilities needed. Gregory was an exceptional host and accommodated everything for us - including an earlier check in and later check out. The apartment was very secure in a complex.

Pros: Our host was very friendly, helpful, generous. Had a bag of beach towels, toys and chairs ready to go. The welcome drinks were a nice touch. Apartment was amazing, clean, spacious, modern and secure. An easy 30 minute walk to fantastic restaurants and lake Vouliagmeni which we highly recommend.

Cons: Too many fragile items decorating the apartment which we were worried the kids would knock over. Not suitable for families with very young children.

Pros: Very good location, beautiful and comfortable flat. The flat was spotless. Gregory was the best possible host. He was always available and taking care of us, with discretion and sympathy.

Pros: Location, air conditioning excellent, there was always a parking space. Fast internet. The host is excellent

Pros: the property manager was SUPER nice, he contacted me before i travelled to see if there was anything i needed. during the arrival he was great (even though it was very early). he let me in early and showed me around. during my stay he kept checking in to see it i needed anything. and upon departure was very accomodating with transportation and timing letting me keep my bad stored and even let me have a shower after check out (really nice because it was so hot). i think in the 20y of travelling he was the best most hospitable host i have EVER encountered.

Pros: We had an amazing time at Greg's apartment. The apartment was beautiful and the location was perfect! It is located in a very beautiful area with amazing beaches within walking distance. Our favorite was Zen beach! Just a 4-minute walk from the property. Lake Vouliagmeni was also worth a visit. Lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Also, a short drive from Athen's city center. We highly recommend Greg's place! Greg was a great host and very helpful throughout our stay!
