This place was ideal in many ways. A ver y convenient location, affordable and clean
Pros: The location and the lack of stairs. It was well appointed. It was good to have a fridge. It would have been great to have a little minor wave instead of a tv
Cons: None of the electric sockets seemed to hold a plug ie you had to put weight on the plug to keep it connected to boil the kettle

Pros: Magical location with a rooftop view up to Acropolis and out over the city. Easy walking distance to many sites, beautiful parks, restaurants and churches and wonderful communication with the host. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely surprise.
Cons: Overall, very good. It was a little cramped with two adults and two teenagers...but really only minor.

Pros: This apartment was really perfect for our short stay in Athens - located just around the corner from incredible restaurants, the Acropolis, and a metro station that made it easy to get to/from the airport. The bedroom location on the second floor helped keep street noise to a minimum at night. The balconies offered extra dining/lounging space with amazing views of both the Acropolis and the rest of Athens. There are a lot of stairs in this apartment, but they were very manageable (even with small suitcases). We will definitely be back to Athens and stay here again!
Cons: Nothing to note here - everything was great.

Lovely restful stay in a great location.
Pros: The owner ensured she was there to greet us and handover the keys which is always welcome after a long haul flight. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed and a fabulous location. The view of the Parthenon is always spectacular and we were able to easily walk to downtown Athens.
Cons: The room was a bit cramped. Difficult with big suitcases to manoeuvere our way around the room. Unfortunately because of the great location it meant there was a lot of human activity outside our window late into the night. This made it hard to get to sleep.

Traditional Greek house in the best part of Plaka
Pros: This place is not really an apartment; it's the largest part of a traditional Greek house, which was built in 1901. As in most of these houses, every room is at a different level, connected by stairs, so if you don't like walking stairs, this is not for you. However, I love these traditional houses and the views from the balcony and the roofterrace are simply 2 die 4. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I have ever slept in, with supersoft pillows. Moreover, the property is situated in the most attractive area in Plaka, with several good restaurants and bars only seconds away. They do get noisy at night, but I quite liked that and it didn't disturb my sleep. You don't have to worry about traffic noice, since there are hardly any cars in this part of town. This is by far the nicest place I have stayed in during my visits to Athens.

Another place ticked off my bucket list and we couldn’t have chosen a better spot, had a lovely time
Pros: The location was perfect and a lovely apartment, well kitted out.
Cons: It looked bigger in the photos, outside area was stunning but bathroom could have been bigger. It was fine for me and my two daughters but it wouldn’t suit anyone with mobility issues.
