In short, it’s a place that combines style, comfort, & location right in the centre of Athens.

Pros: I absolutely loved my stay at Manello Home Art! The apartment is right in the heart of Athens, just a few minutes’ walk from Ermou Street (the main shopping area) and Syntagma Metro Station. It was surrounded by cafés, bakeries, shops, restaurants, and bars. The location honestly couldn’t be better. The apartment is spotlessly clean and full of character, with a wonderful creative vibe that makes it stand out from the usual city stays. It’s artistic, quirky, and truly unique in its design. Everything worked perfectly, the air conditioning, fridge, hair dryer, and espresso machine were all in excellent condition, making my stay super comfortable. The owner was very responsive and kind, always quick to reply and make sure everything was perfect.

Great if you're an early bird/ok with loud noises

Pros: I loved how creative & colourful the flat is decorated, with artsy details. The bed & pillows are super comfortable, everything was clean and facilities were in tip-top condition 👌🏼 The communication with the host was timely & efficient, all details needed were provided promptly, so my check-in was flawless. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Cons: Worth mentioning that being in the heart of the city, you get to hear A LOT of noise from the streets, even with the windows closed. Moreover, I was woken up at 7am by some very loud drilling & construction works noises and struggled to fall back asleep, which I wasn't happy about, since I was hoping for a longer rest. Nothing that the hosts can control I guess (except for changing the windows to sound proof ones, perhaps) and it was the only downside. A wonderful flat nevertheless, everything else was great.

Pros: amazing host . which is in my opinion the most important thing. flexible and polite stayed in 10 different apartments around Athens and never had such a gracious host now I know where to go next time. apartment has everything you need and it's close to wherever you need to go

Εξαιρετική θέση, με εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο. Όμως πολύς θόρυβος από τον δρόμο.

Pros: Το κατάλυμα είναι κεντρικότατο με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλο το κέντρο των Αθηνών. Είναι όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες, με μια καλλιτεχνική νότα, που προφανώς χαρακτηρίζει την ιδιοκτήτρια.

Cons: Το μοναδικό σοβαρότατο μειονέκτημα αφορά στην ύπαρξή του στην οδό Κολοκοτρώνη, έναν στενό μονόδρομο με άπειρη φασαρία έως πολύ αργά την νύκτα, από διερχόμενους, μηχανές κλπ. Η διανυκτέρευσή μας Σάββατο βράδυ, προφανώς πολλαπλασίασε το πρόβλημα. Χρειάζονται επειγόντως αναβάθμιση σε ηχομόνωση τα κουφώματα προς τον δρόμο.

Pros: Εξαιρετικά πρόθυμος/η ο ιδιοκτήτης/τρια να μας εξυπηρετήσει! Όλα τέλεια στο δωμάτιο, ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Pros: Ήταν άνετο και σε κεντρικό σημείο! Εξαιρετικά επικοινωνιακοί οι άνθρωποι που είχαν το κατάλυμα!

Cons: Η τηλεόραση είχε μόνο Netflix και YouTube, δν μπορούσα να δω κάτι άλλο!

Muy recomendable

Pros: La zona nos encantó: segura, llena de vida y de buenos restaurantes. La decoración estaba chula. La cama era cómoda. La habitación tenía aire. Había algunas cosas para desayunar y un secador de pelo. La comunicación con el propietario también fue buena. Respondía al poco tiempo y nos dio indicaciones sobre el termo.

Cons: No se puede tirar papel higiénico al váter y el termo tiene un botón específico que hay que activar con un poco de antelación para tener agua caliente. Viene todo indicado en unas instrucciones que te dejan en la habitación, pero es algo que personalmente mejoraría, porque son cosas a las que no todo el mundo está acostumbrado.
