O locație care merită pentru view si pozitionare.

Pros: O locatie foarte bine pozitionata si cu un view superb asupra Acropolelor. Gazda foarte de treaba si comunicativa. Preluare / predare usoara a cheilor. Balconul e superb si view-ul merita toti banii :)

Cons: Se putea pune mai mult accent pe curatenie... se vedea ca era facut superficial dar curat in acelasi timp... boilerul putea fi setat (nu aveam noi posibilitatea) pentru o temperatura mai ridicata deoarece apa era caldă / călduță și nu prea caldă sau fierbinte... și nu prea exista presiunea la duș...

Pros: Magnifique terrasse ! L'appartement est joliment repeint mais le mobilier et les équipements mériteraient d'être changés.

Cons: Les meubles, en plus ou moins bon état, mériteraient d'être changés. Deux plaques de cuisson un peu anciennes, pas de four ou de micro-onde, et un frigidaire dépouillé de tous ses équipements intérieurs avec une partie congélateur inutilisable : ce n'est vraiment pas pratique si l'on veut faire un peu de cuisine...

PERFECTO PARA ESTADIA CORTA

Pros: Limpio, bien equipado para 2 personas. Aire acondicionado. Buena ubicación, corta distancia caminando a plaka, monastiriki, metro que comunica con aeropuerto y puerto. 15 min caminando a acropolis. Anfitrión muy amable, de buena comunicación. Tiene un pequeño libro propio con todo tipo de recomendaciones muy útiles.

Cons: No tiene closet ni algún espacio para dejar la ropa, no es problema en estadías cortas pero si vas muchos días terminarás con toda la ropa tirada

מקום טוב לשהייה קצרה לזוג במרכז אתונה

Pros: דירה גדולה בקומה חמישית במקום מרכזי קרוב לתחנת סינטגמה ומרפסת גדולה שצופה ממרחק לאקרופוליס. יש סופרמרקט קטן בקרבת מקום- פחות מ-100 מטר מהדירה. מארח אדיב וסימפטי שנותן המלצות על מקומות בילוי/ ביקור ואוכל בסביבה.

Cons: תחזוקה לקויה : ברזים נוזלים ולא מקובעים כהלכה, מושב אסלה לא יציב. שלחן אוכל קטן קיים רק במרפסת ואינו נוח במזג אוויר חם/ קר ניקוז המים במקלחת איטי ותמיד נשארת שלולית. מעלית קטנה וצרה ביותר שאינה מאפשרת שימוש לזוג עם מזוודות.
