Colorful Apt. Near Nea Smirni Square

Perfect for us for our overnight stay in Athens

Pros: Comfortable, clean and modern interior with good access to the main routes. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were modern and spacious. Good communication with the owners and easy access to the flat via lockboxes. We enjoyed our stay and we recommend the apartment.

Cons: Would have been nice to have air conditioning in the bedroom but there is one in the lounge which did serve OK for the bedroom as well at night. A bit more flexibility with the check in times would be beneficial, if possible.

Pros: The house was very clean and close to the square and supermarkets.The neighbourhood was safe and it was easy to find a parking spot.

Pros: Everything about the apartment was nice The owner was helpful The bed is very comfy

Pros: Υπέροχο σπίτι πολύ καθαρό και άνετο. Είναι δίπλα σε ότι χρειάζεται κάποιος. Μείναμε πολυ ευχαριστημένοι οι οικοδεσπότες εξυπηρετικοί και άμεσοι. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ και εις το επανιδείν σε μια μελλοντική επίσκεψη.

Pros: Appartement très soigné, comme dans les photos, et très propre. Il se trouve dans un quartier très sympa et les hôtes donnent tous les éléments nécessaires.

Pros: Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία !!! Κοντά στην πλατεία Νέας Σμύρνης!!! Ωραίο δωμάτιο με κεντρική θέρμανση και όχι μόνο air condition .Καθαρά λευκά ήδη και πολύ καθαρό όλο το δωμάτιο. Το συστήνω και σε άλλους ανεπιφύλακτα. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ εξυπηρετικοί αμέσως μου απαντούσαν σε ότι χρειάστηκα!!!

Cons: Το μόνο που θα έλεγα σαν αρνητικό ήταν ότι η τηλεόραση δεν άνοιγε εύκολα από το τηλεκοντρόλ και ότι ένα κρεμαστάρι πετσέτας στο μπάνιο ήταν έτοιμο να σπάσει ,ήθελε επισκευή !!!

Pros: Fonctionnel, bien aménagé dans un quartier calme et très proche du lieu de travail la bibliothèque et archives Estia Nea Smyrni. Arrivant tard, nous avons été rassurés par nos hôtes qui ont attendu notre message confirmant notre installation.

Pros: Όλα είναι εξαιρετικά , πεντακάθαρο , πολύ καλή τοποθεσία , και οι οικοδεσπότες παρά πολύ βοηθητικοί και πολύ πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε όλα !!

Pros: Το διαμέρισμα ηταν πολύ καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη πολυκατοικία και παράλληλα σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Πλατεία Νέας Σμύρνης, Super Market και φούρνοι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια.

Cons: Η δυσκολία εύρεσης θέσης στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτου. Γενικά στην περιοχή δεν είναι εύκολο να βρεις θέση στάθμευσης για αυτοκίνητο οποιαδήποτε ώρα της ημέρας. Αυτό ειναι απλά μια διαπιστωσή μου η οποία σαφώς δεν έχει να κάνει με την ποιότητα του διαμερίσματος και την εξυπηρέτηση των οικοδεσποτών.
