The Grove House

A beautiful well appointed space near popular Nea Smyrni square.

Pros: Everything, the place was roomy, well appointed, light filled, tastefully decorated, balconies with great views to the square, park, and the city, great bathroom amenities, comfortable couches. Enjoyed having coffee on the balcony each morning, looking out to the Nea Smyrni square and Alsos park. The building wasn’t boxed in by other buildings which allowed for great local views.

Cons: The lift is very small only fits 2 people, there was constant neighbourhood cigarette smoke on the entrance to the door…were non smokers. The beds were a little hard, my adult daughter ended up sleeping on the couch during the last few days.

Highly recommended — loved our stay there

Pros: Very well equipped and stylish apartment. Close to tram stop so travel into central Athens is easy

Cons: Not the property’s fault, but street and bin cleaning was noisy late at night

It was a home for us in Athens.

Pros: There are many shops, restaurants, cafeterias etc. near the apartment. The location is a bit far away from the places we were interested in visiting, but there is good transportation.

Cons: The corridor on the floor of the apartment stinks from smoke.

Pros: Ήταν πραγματικά ένα πανέμορφο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις. Εμείς με ένα μωρακι βρήκαμε μέσα ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Οταν χρειαστεί να μείνουμε κάπου θα είναι εκεί σίγουρα. Απίστευτη συννενόηση με τον κύριο Κωνσταντίνο οταν και σε ότι τον χρειαστηκαμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!!!

A estadia foi amplamente correspondida. Toda a família ficou satisfeita.

Pros: A localização é ótima, perto de uma praça com vários restaurantes e mesas ao ar livre, crianças brincando e muita recreação. Quanto às instalações, são disponibilizadas um número bem variado de comodidades, atendendo praticamente todas as demandas.

Cons: Não chega a ser um grande problema, mas o elevador só comporta duas pessoas de cada vez.

Pros: The appartement felt just like home. Good comfort, good choice of restaurants arround and the Tramway to Athens is 5mn away.

Pros: Tolle Lage nahe an Tram T6 und damit direkt auf der Strecke zwischen Downtown und Meer. Der nahegelegene Square bietet lebhaft alle Läden und Gastronomie.

Cons: Wer sich gerne die Hände wäscht nach der Toilette sollte ein Handtuch für die Gästetoilette dabei haben. Auch auf Nachfrage: hierfür ist kein Handtuch vorgesehen. Es gibt 1 Badezimmer und 1 Gästetoilette. Die Erwähnung von 2 Bathrooms ist hier irreführend.
