Great budget stay!

Pros: On the main tram line route, great to get to the centre and beach with no changes! The washing machine was a game changer! The air con worked perfectly Everything was lovely and clean apart from the shower.

Cons: The owner stores boxes of complimentary products and extra supplies in the wardrobe, this leaves little to no space for your own clothes. The shower was full of mould around the bottom and the door didn't shut properly so the floor got soaked

Pros: Πάρα πολύ δροσερό διαμέρισμα! Despite the heatwave and the scorching heat,the apartment was very cool even without the air conditioning on. That's a huge plus!!!

Cons: There's a little yard which was rather messy. Plastic bottles scattered here and there. Also, I'd suggest the owner add a full body mirror to the bedroom as the only mirror was the one in the bathroom and add a trash can/dust bin too.There's only a tiny one in the bathroom. These are just recommendations though. There wasn't anything really bad about the apartment.

Pros: Η τοποθεσία ήταν σε πολύ καλο σημείο,διπλα στην πλατεία της Νεας Σμύρνης,κοντα σε souper market,kafe bars,restaurants.Ο οικοδεσπότης ανταποκρίθηκε σε όλα και ήταν πολύ ευγενικος.Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρο και θα το ξαναπροτιμουσα.

Pros: Μου αρεσε πολυ που είχε ειδική κλειδοθηκη για το κατάλυμα και δεν δυσκολεύτηκα καθολου! Επίσης η καθαριότητα του σπιτιού ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μου και ήταν ολα πεντακάθαρα. Είναι σε κεντρικό σημειο και περνανε ολα τα μεσα μαζικής μεταφοράς σχεδόν μπροστα απο το σπιτι.

Pros: Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα, τέλεια τοποθεσία, πολύ καθαρό και με ευγενέστατη εξυπηρέτηση!

Pros: Ωραίο διαμέρισμα με ακάλυπτο και τραπεζαρία έξω,ένα φοβερό apartment για να μείνει κάποιος που θέλει να είναι δίπλα σε όλα.
