Pros: Clean, beautiful, cosy, well decorated, silent, spacious for two. Location was great right next to the main square of Nea Smyrni. Hosts are also very polite and responsive.

Cons: Nothing in particular. All good. Only thing to mention is that it is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, so this can be an issue for elderly people or people with motion problems.

Great renovated modern apartment in center of nea smyrni

Pros: The apartment (2nd floor) is very clean, newly renovated and very central in Nea Smyrni, close to central square and multiple shops, groceries and great restaurants. The bathroom is big and bed is comfy. Nicely decorated.

Cons: - There is no lift (apartment on 2nd floor) - tenants smoking at inside lobby area - there is no indication which is the door of the appartment, so need to search among multiple doors - no good sound isolation, so hear bit noise from other apartments - too few utensils, in case you really need to cook a meal - area has no metro station, only tram

Athens stay

Pros: Spacious, elegant and comfortable apartment in a great location to the square. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Would be nice if there was more natural light but that can't be helped. Also there is no lift keep in mind if you have large luggage as apartment is located on the second floor.

Meine Tochter und Enkel wohnen im Quartier, für mich war diese Wohnung ideal. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Pros: Sie ist relativ gross, modern und gut eingerichtet mit einem guten Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig.

Cons: Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock; ohne Lift;zum Glück half mir meine Tochter den Koffer hoch zu tragen.

Pros: Πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της νέας Σμύρνης!

Un séjour formidable

Pros: Appartement très confortable , calme , bien équipé . idéalement situé dans une zone animée . Proche des moyens de transport ( tramway métro ). Excellent parking couvert et surveillé à 100m au prix de 15 euro par jour. Je le recommande fortement.

Pros: Moderne, geräumige und sehr gepflegte Ausstattung. Ruhige und verkehrsgünstige Lage. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war angenehm, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Pros: Μοντέρνο και λειτουργικό με λεπτομέρειες πολυτέλειας σε μια περιοχή που τα έχεις όλα δίπλα σου...πεντακάθαρο,προσεγμένο και με άριστη επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα....είναι σίγουρο ότι θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά!
