Cozy apartment in Nea Smyrni

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Pros: Great size, very clean, everything we needed and perfect location.

Cons: Very hard uncomfortable mattress. But the sofas were more comfortable.

Perfect location in the heart of Nea Smirni and if you travel on a budget

Pros: Super comfortable location right in the heart of Nea Smirni, direct access to stores, groceries, bars and restaurants. Tram 6 that runs between downtown Athens and the coastal beaches/marinas, and also city buses, are all within less than 100 meters.

Cons: Despite the place being spotlessly clean, I found a live cockroach during the night. I guess it came from outside while I was hanging wet clothes to dry on the balcony that evening. So it is probably just an unfortunate coincidence. I will still go back to this place in the future if it is available.

Pros: Arrival at 2am, keys available. Quiet place in a busy area. Close to Nea Smyrni Square, plenty of restaurants and terraces.

Pros: Very very clean and big. Nice area - close trum and everything you need

Comfortable, modern flat in Nea Smyrni

Pros: Comfortable, modern and spacious flat Perfect location (near our friends who live in Nea Smyrni)

Pros: The owner was very welcoming, and we felt great. In the apartment everything we needed was there. The iron, the washing machine, the A/C. And the location is perfect - T6 tram line in one direction goes to the Acropolis and more widely - to the center. The same tram in other direction goes to the beach. Also bear in mind that it is Nea Smyrna - very chill district, very safe and just a few meters away from the apartment you can find very nice restaurants, bars, cafes etc. And they are not touristic traps, but the places that the locals visit! And if I add that you have a kiosk exactly 5 steps from the apartment and you can very quickly buy a water or something small... FANTASTIC

Perfect location, I would like to stay here again.

Pros: The apartment was clean, comfortable, cozy and central to all amenities in Nea Smyrni. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: A reading lamp over the bed would have been nice…

Pros: The location waw excellent and the owner was very very helpfull.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

Minunat!

Pros: Desi pozitionat intr-o zona aglomerata, cu statia de autobuz fix la iesirea din scara blocului si statia de tramvai dupa colt, cu multe cafenele si restaurante la nici 5 minute distanta, a fost foarte liniste - apartamentul da intr-o curte interioara intre blocuri. Nu stiu cat de liniste este in timpul zilei, noi plecam dimineata si ne intorceam seara… A fost foarte curat, utilat cam cu tot ce trebuie, inclusiv masina de spalat rufe si fier de calcat. Incalzirea este centralizata si nu a functionat cat am stat noi acolo, dar apartamentul este dotat cu un aer conditionat in dormitor si un radiator in living, asa ca a fost confortabil si din acest punct de vedere. Atentie la apa calda, este foarte fierbinte! Cand vom reveni in Atena, vom verifica prima data daca este disponibil acest apartament!

Cons: Ar fi utila o veioza in dormitor, un incaltator in hol si un smartTV in loc de TV-ul actual (ca sa treaca mai repede timpul seara si pentru cei care nu stiu limba greaca) - asta ca sa gasim si ceva negativ! 😀
