Fab location, super apartment, great host

Pros: Absolutely brilliant location, right bang in the centre of everything. We didn’t need public transport because we could walk everywhere. Much better than Plaka as a location - less touristy and more sophisticated, if that makes sense. There were some great bars and restaurants, all the shops you could wish for as well as some smaller bijou places, bakeries and supermarkets. The host was super helpful and welcoming, made sure we were comfortable. There was everything we needed e.g a good coffee machine, iron , hairdryer etc - even a Greek coffee pot😀. The apartment decor was great (European Modernist) with excellent lighting. Highly recommended, we loved staying there.

Cons: If we were picky, we could suggest that the cleaners might spend more time on some details to make the apartment spotless.

Don't hesitate

Pros: This is a fantastic option in Athens. The studio is exactly as advertised - it's clean, very comfortable and quiet and in an excellent location in Kolonaki. I'd definitely stay again. George is a very attentive host. Highly recommended.

Cons: A few coffee pods and tea bags to get us started would have been good - plus a tea towel. These are small quibbles.

Amazing, would love to stay again anytime

Pros: Looks exactly like the pictures, everything you could want, location was amazing, right next to a lovely street with restaurants, cafes, and bars with plenty of shops. Central to all the Athens attractions and the host was more than helpful to assist us in having a nice stay

Cons: Could’ve done with a full height mirror, and if it had a view that would’ve been better, but that is being so nit-picky, for the price, I feel like you get a room which feels very luxurious and spacious.

Pros: The flat was very clean, and very well taken care of. Super central location close to all main stations. Very much e joyed my stay there

Appartamento molto carino in una zona vitale e centrale.

Pros: La posizione è ottima, un quartiere riqualificato molto vitale con caffè negozi e ristoranti. L'appartamento è funzionale e ben organizzato negli spazi.

Cons: La vista del balconcino che purtroppo affaccia sui balconi di altri palazzi quindi per avere privacy non si può stare sempre con le tende aperte. Non c'è un vero angolo pranzo.

Pros: Die Lage ist wirklich top und dafür ist es sogar noch echt ruhig! Sehr angenehm ist auch, dass sie Klimaanlage nicht direkt beim Bett ist, wodurch man diese auch Nachts anlassen kann, wenn man dahingehend empfindlich ist. Die Wohnung sieht tatsächlich so aus wie auf den Bildern.

Cons: Das Wasser in der Dusche wurde trotz eingelegter Sicherung nicht wirklich warm und die Klobürste könnte mal ersetzt werden! Die Kissen waren irgendwie unbequem.

Perfect location with a great neighborhood.

Pros: The location is the best! I loved how central it is and how beautiful the neighborhood is. We rented a motorcycle to get around, but it's also feasible to walk everywhere. The photos show the exact condition of the house. I loved the shower and the tiny balcony. The bed was comfortable, and the host was very kind. We'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay, clean room with everything in it.

Pros: great location, nice and communicative owner place was very clean, it had everything we needed including soap, shampoo, a laundry machine with detergent - absolutely perfect stay.

Cons: a bit far from central Athens but we knew that in advance.
