Two level apartment with panoramic view

Perfect city break following a week on flotilla.

Pros: Just as described. Very clean and spacious. Two wonderful balconies. Katerina was excellent at communicating with us, helpful with taxis and clear instructions on how to access the property and use the facilities. Maps and recommendations helped us newbies to Athens. I would thoroughly recommend.

Pros: Amazing property with great amenities, the apartment had pretty much everything you need. The location was great and quite peaceful and walking distance from the centre. Very spacious and the terraces were my favourite as the view from them is amazing. The hosts were lovely and so helpful with everything throughout our stay. Gave very good recommendations on where to go and provided a map with their favourite places to visit.

Cons: The air con wasn’t the most powerful but we were in Greece during the heatwave so that may be why

A very unique place to stay at!

Pros: We liked the whole place and especially the details - the stairs, the pictures on the walls, the books, the CD collection. Both the terraces are like gardens, with lots of plants shading you from the sun and with an awesome view. Also, a very cool view on the Lycabettus Hill opens from the other, more small balconies. The bed was perfect, but I prefer hard beds, so maybe only a pro for me :) Enough kitchenware for every need. Airco doing it's job properly. A bath!! There's a Sklavenitis (a big supermarket) not far away from the place. Katerina gave us some really good advice about what is where, recommended a fine place to dine at. The apartment is spacious and airy, and when you come back from a day of walking over the vibing city, it's really relaxing to hang out at. The style of the interior, with it's really cool details made our stay really special!

A feeling of home

Pros: This place is very special. We felt like home right away. Today many places are just there to make profit while at this place you can tell that the hosts also enjoy hosting. All the details are thought through and make your stay perfect.

Pros: Immaculately presented with books to read, guide books and board games. A sheet of personal recommendations of local places was a lovely touch. Location in Exarchia district - I loved it - away from the madding crowd but nearby cool spots to eat and hang out. Street art appreciation as I walked back every night (look out for works by Sonke and WD). I was with my 11y old and get perfectly safe after dark. Well equipped apartment and kitchen. Breakfast bar and tables to sit at - inside the apartment and on the balconies. Lovely electric blackout shutters in the bedroom. Retro / arty high class styling.

Cons: Not much to object to at all! It has the Athenian apartment feel of being quite compact but that’s authentic. (The internal stairs would be difficult for some people with mobility difficulties). I found the aircon wasn’t very powerful but fine in the bedroom and we were here during a heatwave so maybe at other times would be fine. Location in the Exarchia district I loved but some might find the apartment slightly remote or hard to access as it is on a steep hill. I highly recommend this apartment and the location and would come back again to this apartment and if the apartment not available, this district.
