Beautiful apartment, everything you need.

Pros: The apartment was beautiful. Off the street and through a little courtyard. There were extras in the fridge and also toiletries, really could not have asked for more. Fabulous.

Cons: Honestly, had everything.

a total pleasure

Pros: ,it's a real pleasure staying at nick's place. the accommodation is perfect the location is central, we walked everywhere, wonderful restaurants with great food round the corner, and nick is an attentive host who met us in person and explained everything about the perfect flat. we felt treated and would warmly recommend staying with nick. definitely one of the best value for money accommodations we have stayed in over the years

Fully equipped, comfortable place for a 5 day stay

Pros: One of the best places we ever stayed, fully equipped, comfortable bed, large kitchen and a small porch. It’s a little off the center and the metro is also a little far, but everything else made up for it. Nick is very thoughtful and does everything to make you feel comfortable. The cat upstairs is also fantastic.

Loved our stay in Athens

Pros: The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Little touch like coffee, milk, cookies, and essentials in the bathroom, make it feel like at home. The host was welcoming and check-in it was easy. Close by there are a lot of restaurants that come alive in the evening.

Pros: The apartment is very quiet with a nice little yard for sitting outside. It is also very well equipt, especially for cooking. It was everything we needed! Thank you Nick!

Good place to stay in Athens outside of touristy areas

Pros: Cozy and safe apartment, very close to bus stops and local shops, there were quite a few restaurants nearby. The owner was great at communication, quick check in.

Pros: Great place in a great location. Nick is an excellent host, the flat was more than we expected. Exarchia is perfect if you want to blend in with all the locals and still close enough to the city centre if you wish to join all the other tourists.

Großzügig, sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhig

Pros: This is not just a holiday flat, but as good as a complete apartment. There is a full kitchen including a dining table, a huge wardrobe in the bedroom, a washing machine, a spacious sofa, a large shower and the flat can be heated using a heat pump. The bathroom has shower gel, cotton pads, toothpaste and more; the kitchen has plenty of crockery, all the tools you could need, tea, coffee, spices and some food. It was also nice to have laminate flooring instead of the usual tiles. The check-in was easy, the flat was clean and everything worked perfectly. In addition, the flat was really quiet due to its location in the backyard.

Cons: Little daylight - but this is probably more of an advantage in summer. You have to walk a bit or take the bus to the centre

Excellent facilities and host

Pros: The property was excellent, loads of extra items, such as basic foods and toiletries provided. The area really comes alive at night.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. My only slight negative is that the bed was a little hard, but some people prefer that.

Loved it, highly recommend.

Pros: Great location, I walked everywhere. Property had everything I needed. Nice little extras such as sweets and some basics in the fridge such as bread, cheese, juice and yoghurt. Hosts were amazing. I loved Exarchia, great cafes and a vibrant vibe. A very interesting place.
