Pros: It was clean, had everything we needed. Walkable distance to the city centre. Shops and restaurants around. We had great time in Athens. Balcony was lovely it wasn’t suitable for the winter but must be brilliant in summer.

Pros: Big and comfortable apartment with a great terrace. The kitchen has all the appliances to prepare meals. All rooms have air conditioners. It is very well connected with many buses in the nearby.

Cons: 4th floor without an elevator is not for everybody (the floors are very tall)

Well located with spectacular view

Pros: The neighborhood has very vibrant vibe with good speciality cafes and restaurants, close to everything. Big spaces in the apartments, with two toilets, amazing view from the big balcony. 10/10

Pros: Such wonderful owner who went out of his way to communicate with us. The apartment is in a fantastic location with easy access to amazing areas close by . Beautiful apartment also.

Pros: Dom na 4 piętrze po pięknych drewnianych schodach. Ogromny słoneczny taras i balkon wokół domu. Dwie sypialnie wygodne łóżka. w Zimę ciepło jest ogrzewanie i jest też klimatyzacja. w kuchni wszystko co potrzeba do przygotowania posiłków. 2 łazienki z wanną i prysznicem, ręczników było dużo i kosmetyków. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko centrum, wokół restauracje i sklepy. W pobliżu dwie góry z pięknym widokiem na zachód słońca. Gospodarz rewelacyjny, pomagał w każdej chwili, interesował się czy wszystko w porządku. Mieszkanie świetne.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, mieszkanie spełniło nasze wymagania. Serdecznie polecam!

Pros: Dużo przestrzeni, wygodne łóżka, szeroki taras, wszelkie udogodnienia i małe przyjemności, np. kawa, którą można było się delektować zaraz po przyjeździe. Szeroki taras z panoramicznymi widokami, czysto i cicho. Naprawdę urocze, bardzo wygodne i ładne mieszkanie. Serdecznie dziękujemy za pobyt!😊

Cons: Wszystko mi się podobało, ale dla niektórych problemem może być wejście po schodach na trzecie piętro (w budynku nie ma windy). Wspaniały byłby też parasol na tarasie:)

Pros: Molto ampia, pulita e con un bel terrazzo. Rilassante. Siamo stati bene.

Bel appartement avec terrasse pour profiter d'Athènes

Pros: Appartement spacieux avec une belle terrasse. Très bien localisé pour visiter les sites touristiques et de bons restaurants proches. La climatisation dans chaque pièce. Contact facile avec propriétaire du logement.

Recomendable

Pros: El apartamento es amplio y muy luminoso, dispone de aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, 2 baños y terraza. Tiene parada de bus a 4 min y llegas al centro en 15 min, supermercado a dos calles, y bares y restaurantes cerca.

Cons: Añadiría algo más de menaje en la cocina, otra sartén por lo menos, pero lo demás correcto.

Große, helle Wohnung mit Dachterrasse - etwas ab vom Schuss

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr hell mit 2 kleinen Schlafzimmern - beide mit Klimaanlage. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich / kommunikativ. Am Abreisetag durften wir das Gepäck noch länger in der Wohnung lassen. Das war super.

Cons: Die Lage ist ok - aber bis nach Plaka/ ins Zentrum geht man ca. 45 Minuten. Es gibt aber in der Gegend auch Busse. Man muss über relativ steile / hohe Treppen in den 4. Stock. Für uns ok aber nicht für jeden geeignet. Die Bäder könnten sauberer sein - besonders die Becher für die Zahnbürsten und es fehlen Mehrfachsteckdosen. So kann man z.B. nur entweder die Klimaanlage anmachen, oder die Nachttischlampe. Aber nicht beides gleichzeitig. Insgesamt aber ok und funktional eingerichtet - mit ein paar netten Details.
