Pros: The instructions on how to get the keys were very clear and sent in a timely manner. The host was easy to contact and responded promply. The studio is as described and has all of the facilities listed in the description. It is located by the main road but reasonably quiet - we had no problems sleeping. The area is safe. There is a bus stop nearby with frequent services to the city centre. ΣΚΛΑΒΕΝΙΤΗΣ supermarket is less than 5 min walk. The lift is old but functional, it has 2 person (150 kg) capacity.

Amazing location and excellent value for money. Clean, comfy and really relaxing stay.
Pros: It was extremely clean and super comfortable. The location was excellent being so close to koukaki and the acropolis. The host was very helpful and assist me in anything I needed. The studio was equipped with cute extra amenities! I loved that they included a hair straightener and even make up remover!
Cons: It was perfected located. Extremely clean and had all the amenities anyone could need. Coffee machine, hair dryer and it was super comfy.

Nice apartment with clothes washing facilities, location a little further out
Pros: Nice space, good to have desk, sofa and small table yo eat at. Great to have clothe washing facilities.
Cons: Location was a little out of the way from the center and beach, relied on Uber a lot. Balcony was noisy and dusty, so couldn't really chill there, but used the back one to dry clothes.

We felt very at home because of the lovely hosts!
Pros: It was a great location, the apartment was big and had everything we needed! the hosts are amazing and even left me a present for my birthday!
Cons: I actually couldn’t fault it, the place has everything!

Pros: Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός, πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει. Το κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχο, καθαρό και πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία διαμονής το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

A good place to stay
Pros: This is a spacious apartment, well located. I was able to walk the city from here. There are some good restaurants nearby. The place is secure and comfortable.
Cons: I drive there and parking is an issue. There was a floor vibration one evening. Some kind of equipment running. It went away and wasn’t a problem. Balconies are small and the place is located in the center of a busy city center.

Pros: The apartment has everything you need (even if you like to cook), was quite close to a great supermarket and local restaurants in addition to being a nice meander through a nice neighborhood full of shops and other restaurants/taverns.
Cons: That not all places to stay while traveling are this great!

Belle surprise
Pros: Le studio est propre, bien agencé, plutôt bien équipé mais pas pour faire de la grande cuisine, mais qui cuisine lors d'un séjour en Grèce sachant qu'il y a des restaurants pour tous les goûts et pour toutes les bourses ? Les 2 balcons sont un vrai plus. Un petit supermarché se trouve à 100m.
Cons: Pas forcément un point négatif dans notre cas, mais il faut savoir que le quartier n'est pas un quartier touristique.

Zauberhaftes Apartment mit allround Ausstattung
Pros: Es ist ein zauberhaftes kleines Apartment in laufnähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und mein persönliches Highlight war, dass es im Bad neben Shampoo und Duschgel auch Conditioner gab :) Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Mein Freund und ich waren 4 Tage in diesem Apartment und für diesen Zeitraum war es perfekt!

З задоволенням приїхав би ще раз.
Pros: Фотографії і опис квартири відповідають дійсності. Квартира має два балкони на різні боки будинку, тож добра вентиляция, не вмикали кондиціонера. На більшому балконі достатньо місця для столику і двох крісел - дуже приємно пити каву вранці і вино ввечері. Добра звукоізоляція - сусіди є, але не чути. Та само і шум з вулиці повністю блокується зачиненими дверями балконів. На першому поверсі автомийня працює од рана 7 днів на тиждень, але нам не заважала. В квартирі є все, що потрібно - посуд, холодильник/мікрохвильовка/чайник, навіть міксер, - все нове. Дружина відзначила якість фену до волосся. Розташування - транспорт близько (тролейбус прямо під вікнамі, метро - 15 мін пішо). Халяльний ресторанчик просто під носом, дужий гастроном - за рогом (зачинений в неділю). Гостинність хозяіна на високому рівні. Швидко відповідає в WhatsApp'i. Ми були 9 днів, на четвертий нам просто принесли нову/чисту постіль і рушники для зміни.
