Great stay in Athens!

Pros: The apartment is bright and spacious, nicely renovated and conveniently located both to access the beaches and to get into the old part of Athens.

Cons: The noise from the big road right under the building is truly annoying: one can stay out on the terrace for a quick cup of coffee but nothing more. Luckily the double-glazed windows quench some of the noise, and it is quieter inside the apartment. The smell from the bathroom has been reduced by using rubber caps on the drains: if they are put back in place right after the shower, the smell is under control.

nice flat in a perfect location.

Pros: New flat in the perfect location. nice and clean. beautiful sea view. 5mintues walk to the beach. bus stop is just downstairs. 30minutes to city center by bus. very convenient

Cons: not much kitchenwares. there is a coffee machine but no coffee. oven was not cleaned when we were there. to use hot water you need to switch the boiler on yourself. it is inconvenient. the owner is helpful but a bit delay in replying calls and messages

Pros: מיקום טוב מאד למי שחשובה לו הסמיכות למרינה אלימוס. תחבורה נגישה וזמינה למרכז העיר אתונה. הדירה מרווחת, גדולה ונקייה עם נוף יפה למרינה.

Cons: רעש חזק מכביש סואן למטה למרות הזיגוג הכפול. לא היו מים חמים במקלחת.

Great views and location, big apartment.

Pros: Large apartment, plenty of space to relax in. The views of the harbour are beautiful out on the terrace. Bed comfortable and great location if you don't want to be in the middle of Athens for all your trip.

Cons: Yes there is some noise of the road outside and a faint smell from the shower area without drain cap
